We have had an exceptional experience at Rose Canyon! We started using them as our primary vet after getting our new kitten, Stuart. A few weeks in he started running a fever which eventually escalated to a hospitalization. During this time, Dr. Hanks and the team at Rose Canyon provided exceptional care. Their communication was excellent, with us and the hospital. The doctors collaborated on our baby’s plan of care and they were able to schedule a same-day radiology appointment to confirm the diagnosis - despite being just a few days after the Thanksgiving holiday. And, they have been very accommodating in scheduling our bi-weekly follow ups during this recovery time. Dr. Hanks is extremely knowledgeable and we can tell him and the rest of the team genuinely care about our kitty. 100% recommend!

I’ve been bringing my three dogs here for over two years and highly recommend this office. Dr Hoard is our primary doctor and she is the BEST. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve also seen Dr Hanks and he was also fantastic. The office area and patient rooms are clean and the ambiance is very comfortable.

Great first time experience. I'm an old guy who has owned many pets, so I've been to many vets in my life, and I can comfortably say that this vet experience left me feeling very good about my choice. They paid attention to my concerns, answered my questions, and didn't waste my time. Additionally, their cost was relatively affordable and they didn't try to add-on extra fees as other places have done. Also, I discovered that they will perform abdominal ultrasound, which is something that I had to previously go further away to get done. I will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a great clinic. My cat Maggi Noodles was seen by Dr. Cory Hanks for some digestive issues. He was very kind, and gentle with Maggi. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. He was able to provide a treatment plan for Maggi and didn’t pressure me to get excessive testing done. The staff also followed up with me throughout to week to check in on how Maggi was doing which I really appreciated!

I am in the San Diego area for work for a few months. Before coming down here I made sure my dog was all situated with our home vet(shots, preventive meds etc) of course within a week of being here in SD my dog injured himself. I called close to 10 vet offices/urgent cares and they were all booked for almost a week out. Rose Canyon came recommend from 3 of the offices I called... Amazing recommendation! They were able to get us in the next day(wouldn't have made it to the time slots available for same day) upon arrival we were greeted, back in an exam room and treated all with a very timely manner. The staff front desk, tech and Dr were all wonderful. I was expecting a decent sized bill but the total I received was very manageable! Honestly cheaper than I pay at home with our regular clinic. Mr. Shrimp is resting and recovering well and on the mend. As wonderful as they were I hope we do not have to return as we are only here for a few months. Thank you Rose Canyon!

can’t even begin to express how satisfied I am with my experience here after just one visit. I brought my pet in due to an emergency, and he was seen and treated the same day.
