I would give Dr. Sill and her team 100 stars if I could! Especially Lauren ♥️ We have been going there for about 20 years. Recently we found out our 10 year old lab had osteosarcoma that started with a growth in his toe which led to sometimes two visits a day to change the dressing from the growth that was bleeding non stop. They were so accommodating! We had to ultimately take him to UW Vet clinic and found out he would have had to had his entire leg amputated with some other complications and unfortunately it was in his best interest to lay him to rest. I had my sister-in-law call there at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they said got here when you can we will wait. They gave us time to bring him home and make our baby a steak and give him lots of other treats and love before we had to make the decision to not put him through all of that pain and torture. I cannot say enough about how sweet Dr. Sill l and her staff were to me and my children and my husband, who unfortunately had to be there via FaceTime. Their love is so genuine and heartfelt and made it just a little bit easier to put our boy to rest. Thank you Dr. Sill and your amazing team ♥️

Roscoe Veterinary Clinic Introduce

Welcome to Roscoe Veterinary Clinic, located at 5411 Bridge St in Roscoe, IL. As a local Pet Hospital, we aim to provide veterinary care to the pets in our community. Our team, which includes Dr. Sill, is dedicated to the well-being of your animals.

Based on customer feedback, experiences with Roscoe Veterinary Clinic appear to vary. One customer shared a deeply emotional experience highlighting the clinic's compassionate support during a difficult time. They specifically praised Dr. Sill and a team member named Lauren for their accommodating nature, genuine care, and heartfelt support when their dog was diagnosed with a serious illness. The clinic's willingness to stay open late to accommodate the pet owner during this emergency was also noted.

However, another customer reported a less positive experience over a three-year period. Their feedback mentioned concerns about the staff's rudeness and perceived overcharging for services, particularly blood testing, which they claimed was outsourced at a significant markup. This customer also alleged that the clinic insisted on annual testing that their current veterinarian deemed unnecessary. This individual expressed greater satisfaction with a different veterinary provider.

Given the contrasting reviews, it's important for potential clients to consider these different perspectives. Roscoe Veterinary Clinic may offer compassionate care in certain situations, as highlighted in one review. However, the concerns raised by another customer regarding staff demeanor and pricing practices should also be taken into account.

For further information about the services offered, the clinic environment, and their pricing policies, please contact Roscoe Veterinary Clinic directly at (815) 623-2143 or +1 815-623-2143. We encourage you to reach out to them to discuss your pet's specific needs and determine if their services align with your expectations.

I took my dog here for three years. Very rude staff, all the time. They overcharge massively for blood testing because they don’t have the investment to run the tests on site like most vets would- $35 blood test quoted at $195 here. Won’t let you outsource testing to get a reasonable price either, but they were happy to charge me $40 for a blood draw that they missed shipping out and would have to be redone. They also insisted on annual testing for my dog’s condition, which I verified is NOT required with the vet I am with now. So much happier now that I’ve found somewhere else.

We sadly and suddenly had to put our 13 year old dog. The staff was amazing and helped me through a very traumatic time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Staff are all friendly and seem to take great care of my babies. One of my cats is not the best behaved, so they tried their best to keep him calm while giving his vaccinations. My dog gets anxious in new places and they are very patient with her. I will definitely keep coming here 🐶🐈‍⬛

My family and I have had many pets over the years that Dr. Sill has been our veterinarian for. I can't say enough good things about her and her practice. We have ALWAYS (over the span of roughly 30 years) had outstanding, heartfelt care for our pets. Dr. Sill is genuinely a good person, and she really cares for her patients. She takes the time needed to make sure not only her furry patients are comfortable, but so are the human parents. She radiates love and devotion to her job, and we always know she will be honest with us. We appreciate her so much and are so thankful she is our vet.
