This place is excellent. Couple years ago my boyfriend’s dog had to be put down. They took him right in after him never being there and it went extremely well we were able to bring him in through the back so we could have our privacy. The vet told us what he ended up having and let us have as much time as we wanted with him before it was time. I now take my dog Everest in and she loves everyone there. She gets mad when she can’t go in the back to the treats but I have been there for a few years and will always recommend this place to anyone.

May 08, 2025 · victoria NattboyKeeping clients & staff safe with efficient curbside care. Prices are totally reasonable, the staff are friendly and definitely care about their patients. Dr Liv is Awesome! My pets love coming here. Especially Smokey, who knows the back door to the exam room leads to the people who give him cookies and snuggles.
Jul 18, 2022 · Kate HowardWe recently had our dog get into it with a porcupine. Her face and mouth were full of needles [ultimately over 300]. There are not a lot of emergency clinics open Sunday after Christmas at 2-3pm. We needed help and took whatever was available. We knew nothing about Roman Acers besides it being open and we could bring our dog. THIS TEAM!!! Dr Olivia Shadduck and her team were incredible!! Charlie[the dog] needed an extensive ammount of help and it was given with love, compassion & time! The team stayed well past closing time to ensure Charlie got all the help they could give her. They were also very kind and patient with me & my husband as we'd not been through this before. Charlie was horribly unlucky to have come across that porcupine but fortune smiled on us that Roman Acers was open & that they are so wonderful. We can not thank you enough for your loving and diligent help.
Jan 06, 2025 · Bridget UngerDr. Olivia Shadduck, and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and kind. They take the time to listen and provide thoughtful feedback and care in return. We are so thankful for the care they give our three dogs and the patience extended to us as pet parents.
