Dr. Cline and staff were phenomenal and had the utmost respect in honoring the life of our Daisy as he helped to ease her pain and suffering and guide her on the path to eternity. The compassion of his staff was truly remarkable. My family is greatfull for Rockdale Animal Hospital.

This veterinary clinic has been such a blessing to my family and I. They honor appointment times, provide compassionate and highly competent service, and truly treat our animals like the family members they are. They will continue to care for our fur babies as long as we live in this area.

This is the odd review from someone who is not a client, but we had to give Rockdale Animal Hospital kudos where deserved. Our dog had what appeared to be an emergency situation at 4:30PM. Our 20 year vet could not see us until the following morning at 10:00AM, so we called around. At 4:45PM, I called RAH to see if they could see her. We were told they were closing in 15 minutes, but if we could get there by 5:00, they would see her. Of course, Salem Road traffic being what it is, we were stuck in traffic at 5:00. I tried to call to let them know we were on the way, but the after-hours answering service was already on. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from the office asking if we were coming. I explained our situation and that we were caught in traffic and that we didn't want to hold them up. They ended up getting us a referral to an after-hours emergency clinic. The folks at Rockdale Animal Hospital did not have to go out of their way to make sure our dog was seen by someone. We have never been there and they have never seen our pets, but if this interaction is any indication, any pets brought here will be in great hands.

I had two instances this year with two of my four cats (Yang and Abel) where they were very sick. The persons at the front desk taking my frantic calls were very compassionate and found a way to squeeze an appointment in for them the same day I called. Dr. Cline treated both of them and referred me to UGA for more extensive treatment. I firmly believe his quick (and accurate) diagnosis and his referral saved their lives. Today, on a routine visit where I brought in all four of my cats (Yang, Abel, Soi and Hysser), Dr. Cline and staff were very patient, as two of the four were particularly grumpy. Dr. Cline is very professional but also very personable. He explains medical issues in terms that are understandable to the lay person. He is not patronizing and takes the time to answer all of my questions - even the silly ones. I had been with my vet in California for over 30 years - first with my dogs and later with my cats. I was worried about finding a quality vet when we moved to Georgia. A contractor at my house recommended Rockdale Animal Hospital. I am so glad I received this recommendation. Thank you for everything you've done for my cats thus far this year.

Your staff & Vet are always welcoming and caring with both us pet owners as well as our pets.. The Vet takes time to explain things thoroughly regarding any issues or concerns I may be experiencing with my senior dog Coco. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone who loves & cares about the well-being of their pet.
