3/1/25 Thank you for all of your help with our Chewy. He is doing wonderful after his dental cleaning and tooth extractions and his 9 remaining little teeth are white as snow! You all did a great job. He is doing great too! My pic was right after he got home so he's still drowsy!

My first experience there was very positive. Any time I called the office my call was answered quickly. They got me in right away. All medical matters were handled appropriately for my cat. This was a pretty straight forward visit but nonetheless they deserve five stars for it. As I continue to take my harder cases there (my other animals) I will update the review as needed.

Excellent practice. I received several notifications reminding me of the appointment. Hannah was very thorough in doing the intake and understanding my dogs. Dr. Ferguson took a great deal of care with my pets and went over best practices for their ongoing care.

Honestly, I wish we'd never gone with this vet. They never did stock the medication he managed his condition with for YEARS, and now he's gone. Our pet is gone, and now they've completely LOST his fur trimmings and pawprints after his death. Two weeks I waited for the package they said they'd ship out, only to call asking and be told "oh, it must have been lost." SOL. How does a business handle shipments without so much as getting tracking?! Tracking costs less than a dollar! But apparently saving that cost on every deceased pet is enough to warrant them mishandling your beloved pet's bodily keepsakes after death. I can't even imagine how atrocious this is. And on the phone with a grieving crying family member, they simply expect to say "well, sorry about that" and be done with you. I promised my daughter she would have the same keepsake I've always held onto all my life, and your pitiful business practice means I will never be able to keep that promise. She was waiting for them to arrive for TWO WEEKS, and now I've had to tell her they're just GONE. Only for them to escalate my call and be "offended" by my emotional shock and disbelief that a business would ever handle anything so sensitive this carelessly! And then promise some call-back and never call back. It's STANDARD business practice to ensure you have proof of delivery for anything in order to cover your own liability, let alone end of life material from a family's deceased! This is absolutely not over.

Our cat, Kuro, was treated very well at RHAH. They were even able to cut her nails which is almost impossible. We also love the staff. They're all very nice and accommodating. A little pricey IMO but loved everything else!
