Total scam artists. Brought my pup in for a mild ear infection. Had the ear swab, had them flush both ears, and bought the medication and applied it daily for one week. When I went to pay the bill after my initial visit ($250), they asked to schedule a free follow up exam to check on my pup’s ears. And I said sure, as long as it’s free. And they booked it a week later. When going in for the follow up, the nurse immediately took the swabs from both ears, and sent the vet in. The vet smelled my pup’s ears and said he now has an infection in both ears and is going to need to have them stuffed and then I will need to come back for another follow up exam in two weeks. I said ok. Then the nurse comes back with a list of expenses and I told her immediately that I thought this was a complimentary exam since I paid for everything up front last time, and this is to just check and see how he’s doing? She then got very rude and said that’s never how things are done. I asked to speak to the Vet, and when he came back, he said the swab results came back and there’s no yeast. And I said great. I’m glad. And he said that unfortunately I still needed to pay for the exam and the swabs. This place is SUCH a scam and a total rip off. Avoid it at all costs.
