We took in our beagle pup for a prenatal visit and check up. We got to get an ultrasound and see 7 puppies on the way. They were very gentle with our girl and my little grandpuppies! They were very knowledgeable and gracious.

Staff always knowledgeable and direct. Helps get your animals in seen about and on the track to a healthy life.. Prices are reasonable. Service extraordinary And I always feel like my animals have been well taken care of . Definitely a 5 star establishment.

I regret bringing my baby Lucy here now I’ll never see my baby again. She was misdiagnosed by another vet they told me that she had Pyometra and that it was so severe that she would have to have emergency surgery and there was a chance that she wouldn’t make it, so I was going to have her put down because I didn’t want her to suffer anymore this happened last Friday .My mom called the vet that diagnosed her and asked how much it would be to put her down and they said $150.00, but they couldn’t do it till Saturday, so my mom called this vet and they told her that it would cost $50-$80 and they could do it the same day, so my mom took her up there and they looked at her and said that they weren’t going to do it because she was to active, she was young and HEALTHY!! So my mom went back to her vehicle she sat in there for a min thinking about what she is going to do then the doctor came out and said she was going to do an ultrasound on her for free just to make sure she wasn’t pregnant cause she wanted to save Lucy it turned out that she was pregnant, but she still needed surgery to get the puppies out because they were to big for her to push them out and she was in labor for three days. It was going to cost me $1000.00 to do it, and I didn’t have the money up front at the time and I asked her if she can do it and I’ll just make payments and she told me that they don’t do that. I applied for that credit care to see if I was approved and I wasn’t so she said the only other option was to have the humane society in Harris County take her and do it but I won’t be able to get her back I didn’t know that my mom had to sign some papers and since she signed them Riverside took her in they did the surgery and once she heal, Harris County Humane Society is coming to get her and they are going to transport her to another Humane Society, but they won’t tell me where, but I was so desperate the only thing I was thinking about was saving my babies life and now I will never see her again, I’ll never be able to love on her, kiss her, hug her. I’ve cried every night I can’t sleep because all I do is think of her wondering if she is ok and if she feels like I abandoned her. I’ve tried everything to get her back and I can’t get her I don’t know what else to do I’m lost without her. I MISS YOU SO MUCH BABYGIRL!! I wish there was a way I can get you back.
