My partner and our fur baby have been to 3 different vet clinics due to moving multiple times. At Rice Pet Clinic & Hospital, they treat my 80# reactive baby with so much patience and understanding. They respect his space when he’s overstimulated, make accommodations when he’s upset about needles, and love him up when he’s excited to make new people friends. As a parent of a reactive dog, I am often nervous about introducing my baby to many people, especially clinics. I feel we are accepted and respected every time we come to this clinic. I appreciate each staff member I’ve had the pleasure to introduce my fur baby to! Thank you for all that you do for my fur baby and myself as a dog parent!

Picked this clinic on a whim since it was walking distance from my apartment and so so glad I did! They did a fantastic job taking care of our elderly kitty, and now they’re taking wonderful care of our two kittens. Every staff member I’ve spoken to has been kind and patient, and I’m always given plenty of time to ask questions and go over everything. Pricing is very reasonable and very transparent, I’ve always been given detailed estimates of costs and never felt rushed or pressured. I’ll be moving soon and will definitely be making the 40-mile round trip to come back here whenever my kitties need care - thank you all!

They always take great care of my lab pup, Max! They're very clear about cost and responsibility and offer different treatment options. We've always been able to get in quickly during urgent situations. Thanks for keeping our sweet boy healthy and happy!

They almost always get us in there the very next day when we call with some sort of emergency, and they have a nice system of organization - particularly with reactive dogs who can't be in the same room with other dogs. The vets are also super friendly and knowledgeable. This is by far our favorite vet clinic and we will continue to come here even though we moved to the Uptown area, 30 minutes away. That is how much we love them.

Every vet and vet tech we’ve encountered have been incredible! My dog gets pretty nervous at the vet, and they are great at making her (and me) feel comfortable! Highly recommended!!
