I have been very stressed since last evening. Me and my partner took in a stray and he was is rough shape, and I tried to find a place to book online but everyone was full for a while so I decided to wait for the morning to make some calls. Reynolda Veterinary Hospital was the closest place and had the best reviews and so I started my calls with them, and I couldn't be more grateful, because it was the only call I had to make today. They made time for me and made a very stressful situation not so stressful! Everyone I spoke with from the fella on the phone and doing reception, to the vet tech, assistants and the doctor herself were kind and compassionate to not just my new fur friend, but also to me and my partner! They walked us through everything, listened to our concerns and set us on the right track for getting this kitty back to good health. It turned out that the cat we have taken in has FIV, but even that message was delivered with hope and kindness, and I hope that we'll be able to give him a nice comfortable life. I've denied myself the joy of a pet for years because I'm sick myself and I didn't think I'd have the energy for it, but I feel very reassured, and knowing that I have such a wonderful place to go if I need to get him help of any sort. I could not recommend them enough, even watching them interacting with other animals before our turn helped put me at ease. It's only been one visit for me, but we're definitely coming back and I feel confident in recommending others give them a try if you're needing a vet! The prices seemed more than fair for the service and when I asked about it they never hesitated to break down the cost for me. They are a phenomenal team!

I have been so nervous to get a new vet for our puppies since moving to North Carolina 2 years ago. Reynolda Vet was everything we could have hoped for and more. There wasn't a single member of the staff who didn't make us feel seen, understood and taken care of. I feel like they went out of their way to spend extra time with us and our pets. You guys were able to trim the nails of our rescue who has some of the most intense anxiety about her paws, I've ever seen from an animal. Even the other patients in the waiting room were kind and understanding about our excitable pitbulls. I am so relieved and grateful, I can't begin to express how wonderful it is to have someone to help us with our babies who are like children to us. Thank you all for being so compassionate and loving. Not to mention the ease of the online system and eagerness to help from every member of your staff. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you all.

We are fairly new in the area but chose Reynolda because it is near our home. The doctor that was assigned to my doodle was wonderful and did the full exam with me in the room and even called in the evening to answer a question. The problems came later with the front office staff. I asked for an estimate and waited two weeks with no answer but had to call back then was told the doctor never did the exams we previously had done but when I insisted that the exam and suggestions was very recent, they miraculously found the information but said I have to bring my dog back in for another exam before they could provide an estimate. We were in week three of trying to have an operation scheduled for our dog. After many back and forth conversations I gave up. So did two of my neighbors for the decline in front office staff customer care. It is quite disappointing to see the response that you just posted. I was not scheduling a surgery. I was asking for an estimate of services to see if we wanted to move forward. I was told I could not have the estimate until I came in for another appointment. Please do not make it appear that I was trying to schedule a surgery months after an exam. I would not put my dog in danger that way and I am really offended that that is your response. When I posted my original review I received a call from your office about an hour later and after speaking with the office manager and receiving apologies for the inefficient work from your new staff I was then asked to remove my review and the two star rating. I was even considering doing that until I read your response. That was just posted about 30 minutes ago. This is beyond the veil when you are responding with incorrect information about what I was asking for please don’t make it seem like I was asking your office to conduct surgery and put my pet in danger. That is not something that I would do. I would not ask for an appointment for surgery without having my dog checked. I was only asking for a simple estimate six weeks after I had spoken to the doctor so we could decide. I did not give up until months after calling back several times almost begging for an estimate because I wanted to stay with Reynolda because of the veterinary care. Never received an estimate

I feel like the team at Reynolda Vet always goes the extra mile for my pet. She gets so much attention and love from the front desk staff. Just last week, a tech, who was doing an entirely different task, noticed a lump on my pet's abdomen. It turns out this is something we need to address, so I am am grateful for the tech's extra effort and knowledge. Dr. Post is so caring. She ensures that all my questions are answered and she is tenacious about optimizing my pet's health.
