Nice and clean. They made you feel safe and socially distanced. Front desk staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and you could tell they loved pets. Office visit seemed cheap at only $50. Meds were quite a bit more than my other vet...but to be fair they actually preloaded 14 syringes for my dogs treatment so I didn't have to measure the liquid each time...never saw that before.

Nov 23, 2020 · Dave GravesI’ve had this written for a few months now and am finally coming around to sharing. I never write reviews, but this seems important to do given the circumstances. I’m extremely disappointed with how Dr. Eric Bregman aggressively yelled at me (the customer) over the phone. I had brought my dog in to get updated on his influenza vaccine and get a refill on his allergy medication. Prior to administering vaccines, they have you sit in an exam room and talk to the vet tech. The vet tech and I had a great normal conversation about my dog and his vaccine update and allergy medicine refill . After this, my dog was taken back into a separate room with Dr. Bregman. Personally, I don’t love that they take my dog somewhere where I can’t see him. Any other vet I’ve been to has administered vaccines in the exam rooms with me present. After my dog was returned to me. Dr. Eric Bregman came into the room to tell me he had administered three vaccines instead of just the one (influenza) I was aware I was there for. He also drew blood work for a heart worm check up. I was caught off guard by the action of giving more vaccines and bloodwork without telling me beforehand. In the moment, I did not raise any questions with Dr. Bregman since everything had already been drawn and administered. When I heard the visit total at checkout, I was very confused at how high the price was, but didn’t want to question anything until I saw the breakdown of the bill. When I got home I saw they had also drawn bloodwork that is apparently necessary once per year for allergy medication. I called and said I was dissapointed and irritated that no one had communicated the blood draws with me. Obviously I want the best for my dog and would do the testing for his allergy medication refill, but I could’ve pushed it back a few weeks because my dog still had plenty of medication. I also would’ve talked about possibly putting him on a different medication because his current one isn’t working fully. I was told Dr. Eric Bregman would call me before the end of the day. He called me at 5:15 pm immediately on the defense. Talking to me with a raised voice and cutting me off every few seconds. I expressed to him multiple times I wasn’t upset by the tests themselves, but the fact that no one communicated with me prior to running the tests. Eventually I asked Dr. Bregman why he was yelling at me…he then proceeded to state, “you know what “my name”? It’s 5:15 pm and I’ve had 45 patients today.” First, it was his choice to call me after business hours (I had asked the receptionist if he would call before the end of the work day not after the workday). Second, stating your job and what you’re required to do on a daily basis has no relevance to the conversation at hand and why you spoke to me the way you did. At one point he asked me what solution I wanted. As I tried responding with my solution and feedback for better communication in a calm manner, he would cut me off every other word and talk over me. His yelling and aggression got so bad to the point where I had to state that “I no longer can engage in this conversation and I will be taking my dogs to a different vet”. While I said this he laughed at me over the phone and continued to talk over me. I had to say goodbye and hang up the phone. I’m still in shock about how Dr. Eric Bregman spoke to me and handled himself in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable manner without opening his ears to what the conversation was really about. A veterinary Doctor should ALWAYS express what tests are necessary or what drug’s need to be administered with the owner prior to doing it. Following this experience, I will never be stepping foot into this office again. I hope Dr. Eric Bregman focuses on honing in his communication skills with customers to avoid future conflicts.

Apr 12, 2024 · Elaine GallagherFEEL FREE TO SHARE TO MAKE SURE OTHER ANIMALS ARE PROTECTED So not take your animals to Reunion Veterinary Hospital. They didn’t bother to even look at Harley’s medical history. Instead they make assumptions and use gross negligence in giving him a sulfur dip and flea medicine and a shot. Which is not what he needed he is now covered in skin irritations he had a few red bumps when i took him there. Now my poor puppy needs Benadryl twice a day. They didn’t apologize instead tried to make it seem like it’s our fault they don’t read the files you provided them. Now they aren’t returning my emails when I asked for my money to be returned. Do not take your animals there. Pic on the left is before there treatment the one on the right is after spending $269 and not the dog is suffering. *****EMAIL FROM THE VET. VERY RUDE AND AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Feb 15, 2019 · Mary MigI am someone who always tries to see the best in everyone. I’ve been seeing Dr. Eric for 9 years now, first at the Celebration location, then at the Davenport location. I’ve been brushing it off over the years, but he has been increasingly rude to me whenever I’ve brought in my cats. At first I thought maybe I’m over thinking it and he’s probably just tired or busy. I never complain, and I am always kind and grateful for everyone’s hard work. But the more I went, the more I felt upset leaving each time because of his attitude. I cried in my car the last time I went to him. Maybe I rub him the wrong way? Idk what I did to deserve that. Either way, I don’t feel good going to him anymore, and it saddens me. (Luckily the receptionist from the Celebration location is NOT at the Davenport location because that woman is absolutely rude in every way. Don’t go to the Celebration location if you want to be greeted with nastiness). Now I feel uncomfortable to go back to either location. Which makes me sad because I’ve been going to them for years. P.S. Shout out to the cool tatted nurse. He has always been nice and gracious.
