Awful service, incompetent, no accountability. They have an old male vet who could not even hear what we say, let alone hearing the heartrate and breathing difficulty of our kitten. We got our cats from animal shelter and took them to the vet with the shelter's coupon. The old vet did not bother to carefully check just because we were not the ones paying them. We mentioned the kitten seems to have breathing problem, but they now deny we've mentioned it, because there's no such thing in their notes! In my next call, they were very rude and treated us as if it's our fault their doctor was incompetent and did not provide the care he was supposed to. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC.

I have take my dog here since he was puppy, generally it has always been a good experience except when he has to be take care of a male technician. The first time he was taken to the back and came back home after we notice he has some sort of skin bruising on his chest. I made a call a report it the situation, I ask that please never we are help by another male technician. Now today my dog has a ear infection and I specifically asked for all female technicians and vet. Since we came in and I saw the male technician I got already stressed out. He them decide to make some noises that he may uses to call his own dog or other dogs but that my dog doesn’t reacts well to it. In the moment I told the tech my dog didn’t like that he got defensive about it. His behavior was dismissed and he proceeded to hurt my dog ear even when I told him to be careful my dog screamed and was extremely stressed and shaking. I asked to the front desk not to let the technician come back because of what he has done. So here is my feedback for the technician and your hospital.1) No one knows my dog better than I do so if I told you not to do something with him, if you were a professional person and a good dog owner you would understand and not taken it with my dog. 2) you being disrespectful to my requirement and not apologize for hurting my dog, an also not showing any kind of empathy for what you have done shows what kind of technician you are. 3) you coming out when I was in the front desk to try to show off with your dog doesn’t erase you hurting mine, neither make you a good person being good to your dog and mean to mine. 4) this directly to you sir. For people like you is that dogs have traumas and become reactive to men, you will never be successful having the emotional Intelligence of a rock. Don’t matter how much you go and learn about your title what it ultimately matters is the way you show for our dogs and you definitely don’t have the ability to understand that. 5) to the hospital, I love you guys, specially Kimmy and Doctor Cracas. But seriously I hope this situation never repeat again. That is why I never want to bring my dog when you are not there. Kimmy my dog love you, you are a great technician thank you for your kindness.

Really respectful team who did not pass judgement. I took my cat in because she was having bowel issues. The team was able to assess the situation, prescribe some medication, and injected her with fluids because she was a little dehydrated. Within a few hours she was back at it. Lively, cuddling, and looking for her next meal. Truly grateful for the Reston Animal Hospital for quickly getting my kitty well.

First Iwords spoken to me by the Doctor was " Chance was been neglected and mistreated". I was like did you just say that to me? He continued to yell it. What he didn't know, I had already taken Chance to another Vet 6 months prior.. Then, I decided not to have Chance be seen. However, they had started the process before I could stop it. So I decided to let them finish. A process for which the previous Vet had done (shaving of blotches of hair). They told me once this was done it would not come back well, again, they didn't know - it was shaved, and came back. Photos are the job the job has been attached. They ask for payment up front however, you don't get to see the finish result until (ONLY SHAVED JUST THE TOP) Had my baby for 8 hours.........Yet, I'm neglecting and mistreated my baby. I totally fel discriminated against

There must be hidden gold stored in this place - they have enough exterior lighting running all night to light up a military base. It's the biggest eyesore in the entire area.
