Great people. My dog suffered some neurological damage after a scuffle with my other dog and Dr Rouch there did awesome caring for her, answering my questions, explaining her condition and the hypotheticals. I needed to see them that day and although it's not typical that you can get a same day appointment, they made it work. I go here for all 3 of my dogs. They provide good quality care and seem to genuinely love on the animals.

Excellent! From beginning to end and so much quality follow-up! My 100 lb Registered Service Dog, Molly, had received “poor “ care prior making her condition worse. I called them, they got us in right away at it turned out to be about a two hour visit with testing and care provided. I cannot recommend this Renton Veterinary Hospital enough. I could kick myself, and my dog 🐕 would have had so much less ongoing pain had I made this change previously. I’m speaking about over two years worth. Another very serious condition. Repeatedly misdiagnosed. I almost had Molly put down two years ago because her pain was so severe. Finally I demanded an x-ray, the vet didn’t see a problem. Thank God, I received the radiologist report which described her condition, and said, “get her to a neurologist asap”. I can tell you, without a doubt, that situation would not have happened at Renton Veterinary Hospital. It’s really like 10 GOLD stars. They only offer 5 stars to check. Not sure if the vet wanted to come to work that day. All of my dogs concerns weren't addressed. There was a quote drawn up for what the vet did want to address. Two dogs brought in. Two concerns were left unaddressed for one dog and one concern left unaddressed for the other. The vet left the exam room multiple times after exchanging a-couple words with me. There wasn't breathing room to ask additional questions or other concerns. I hope management acts on improving quality customer service and meeting the clients needs in full for wellness checks.

I would like to give a shout out to Sara! She is always respectful, professional, helpful, patient, and kind! Every time I call, she is always upbeat and friendly! She is definitely an asset to your company! Please give her kudos! Thank you so very much Sara! You are the best!

Dr. Singh saved my American bully/pits life. He has mass cell tumors all over his body. And because of the skilled dr. Singh, my boy gets to live a full and happy life with his family. Dr. Singh was very accommodating even though they are very busy he always made us a priority. We will never go anywhere else. He’s been amazing with our other pets as well. He’s token really good care of us. I tear up thinking about it. If you are looking for a veterinarian with the upmost care and integrity, look no further. I recommend this place 110% .
