They were very helpful ,took their time to explain everything. Handled my dog great. Everyone was super friendly and said hello to my big boy. They got us scheduled for everything the day we went in and scheduled the bigger things we need to have done in a very timely manner. They showed they cared more about my boy than the money as other clinics have only cared about the money. They even called the next day to check on my big boy and answer any questions I had!

I have had almost 100% amazing experiences with Renton Value Pet Clinic. This last visit was one of the best though. My dog is getting closer to end of life and the doctor was so empathetic. I felt heard and understood even though I was emotional about the situation. The doctor was so real with me and made me feel like my dog was an individual opposed to a means to pay the bills. The reailty is that vet care is still a business and I have had other vet clinics try to take me for as much as they can.

Took my kitty in for a dental cleaning. They were so nice and reassuring. Kitty did great and I even picked her up early. This is our normal vet office and I’ll keep coming ☺️

The team was so helpful and understanding and the doctor vertically knew the signs and symptoms. My dog was very anxiousI but they handled her so well. I got prescriptions for my dog to prepare her for surgery in the coming days. I give the whole team 5+ ❣️

I’ve been taking both of my dogs to Renton Pet Clinic for a few years now and have always had a great experience. The whole staff is friendly and really care about your pets. Our appointments are always quick and easy. Most recently my dog had a bad allergic reaction to her rabies vaccine. This was not the vets fault at all, they gave her a Benadryl with her vaccine because they knew she had a reaction years ago (not with them). So they had made sure to read through her chart and knew to give her the Benadryl. However, she still had a reaction. They were amazing about the whole situation because I had to bring her back 2 times within a 2 hour period. They took such amazing care of her and making sure I was ok as it was a very scary situation. They wanted me to bring her back in the next morning to check on her, and when we got there they all came out to greet her and give her love. They also text me to check in on her. They also didn’t make me pay for any of the visits when they were taking care of her reaction. I can’t recommend them more. They have always been great, but in this specific situation they were really incredible.
