Every time I have taken my very anxious border collie/aussie mix there, they have done everything they can to help her feel at ease and take care of her. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. My father is an AHA certified veterinarian and finding that quality of care has always been a concern of mine since I moved out of state. Redwood Veterinary Hospital has met all my expectations and provide really high quality care at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for pet care :)

Our sweet Koa was almost 14. As hard as it was, we knew it was time to let her go. I’ll never forget the compassion that was shown to our previous 14 year old dog when we took her to see Dr. Gina at Redwood Veterinary Hospital for her last breaths. Unfortunately, when we called them for Koa, they could not see us for a few days. We were worried about Koa and did not want to risk her suffering over a weekend. We opted for another option that could see her earlier. Koa passed peacefully and even got to chocolate kisses. I called to cancel our appt at Redwood. Two days later, we received a VERY KIND hand written card from the Staff at Redwood Veterinary Hospital even though Koa”s last visit was somewhere else. That is going above and beyond!!! I can’t thank you enough for bringing so kind and compassionate.

Kind and helpful vet care for rats! We've taken rats in several times for a variety of needs and have appreciated the collaborative approach Dr. Gina takes with us to give them the best care possible. The staff is friendly and patient. Prices are a little high but the care is very personable and humane and I felt valued and respected as a pet owner, and enjoyed seeing the staff care for my pets in a way that reflected how important they are in our family. We have had good visits and hard visits (saying goodbye) and the staff has been so supportive no matter what.

my pets health began to go downhill after using the treatment they gave him (for teeth infection) and I took him to a different veterinary and they told me that it was a completely different issue (a tumor in his brain) and he had to be euthanized. I am upset because they didn’t asses him correctly and just took my money for an issue that he didn’t have.

We recently had to let our dog Bullet cross the rainbow bridge. I have never been here before and had actually accidentally booked the wrong veterinary. I was very hesitant to proceed however, they took extremely good care of us. Let us take out time saying goodbye and made the process simple so our baby was not in pain. Everyone was so caring and we did the cremation. When I picked up my dog, I was shocked at how beautiful everything was packaged! Worth every penny and glad to have him home by Christmas. Thank you to all staff for the cards as well, it definitely was unexpected and made us feel better. ❤️🐾
