These guys are amazing. Dr. Wolfe is my favorite she's got your back in diagnosing and problem solving reoccurring ear infections thats for sure. They are so gentle and friendly to my animals i wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks so much!

Overall this is a fine vet. They usually have timely appointments and are very friendly. This last time though...it was bad. My dog had stepped on a piece of glass while on a walk and it was stuck in his toe pad. They got him in same day to look at it. Perfect. As soon as we got there though, it was immediately unpleasant. A dog with no leash came through the waiting area while we were waiting. 3 techs had to hold my ten year old dog down to look at his toe. He was traumatized. They dug around in his foot for a good ten minutes before deciding it was good and slathering it in antibiotic cream. I watched in mild embarrassment as the vet yelled at one of the techs because she didn't know how to properly wrap up a paw. They charged me almost $300 and sent me on my way. I followed their instructions and removed the wrapping after 3 days and he continued to limp as if something was stuck in his toe. I called the vet and no one answered. I left a voicemail. No one ever contacted me about what I needed to do. So i brought him to my mother who is a neurosurgeon and she removed a piece of glass about the size and diameter of a toothpick from his paw. I made an appointment at the vetco near me and they removed 2 more pieces of glass from his toe. After a sedatives, a thorough rinsing, stitches, and antibiotics, it cost less than half of what red rocks charged me. I moved past this incident and sought out a new clinic to care for my senior boy. Until tonight, when they called me to remind me my dog needed his boosters, almost 2 months late. I won't be bringing him back to Red Rocks.

I’ve brought my black lab Max to these guys his whole life and they have been fantastic. They take a pragmatic, step by step approach to vet care and clearly are not trying to run up the bill. I trust them and will bring Max and all my future dogs here. Dr. Wolf is wonderful but I never hesitate if we’re paired up with any other doc. 10/10 recommend

not a happy pet owner after my last visit with RRAC. Front desk is mute, not warm, handed me paperwork and maybe mumbled english - I could not tell when we checked out..., tech was attentive and asked good questions for the intake - wellness check and vaccine, met the Vet only after my pups were examined in some back room out of my view, were vaccines even given?? I would not know... "tooth abscess" was the diagnosis, but no X rays were offered and this molar has its enamel, - buffed by chewing, gums are normal and there is no fistula hole or pus...something was said about pain but I know my dog and he in no way acts or eats like he is in pain, content as can be...I've seen the estimate for dental extractions and its cost prohibitive and not competitve, Talking down to patients seems to come from some kind of implicit bias by the vet as there was no conversation regarding circumstances, total judgement and threats...no empathy, ZERO customer service and I will not go back. Perfect way to fire your patients. :)

I have used RRAC for years. I have always had great care and services. I had to put my best friend down today! He was my only child and my best friend. The staff here is very professional and compassionate. I have noticed that the staff has changed. Dr. Hardy has more than met my expectations. I trust him and his staff absolutely.
