We were referred to go to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital by our Vet and our nephew. They raved about the care and concern for their Dog. So we drove to Red Bank south Jersey dropped off our girl Cami for an ACL and meniscus tear. She stayed overnight and we picked her up the next day. Yesterday Friday 03/14 made a week and she is doing fantastic. She’s almost done with her meds, she jumped onto our couch which was very surprising. We didn’t want her to do that. She had no problem getting down. She’s able to go up and down 3 steps with her cone on in my backyard, To me Dr. Davis was a godsend. I couldn’t ask for any other vet hospital. They are awesome kept us informed of how our girl was doing. Explained the cost and procedure monitored Cami overnight picked her up the next day and she’s healing beautifully. Thanks to you all.

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital (RBVH), located at 100 Schulz Dr in Red Bank, NJ 07701 (note that while the name includes "Tinton Falls," the address is in Red Bank), stands out as a highly recommended ‘Pet Hospital’ for pet owners in the region. This veterinary facility has garnered praise from referring veterinarians and pet owners alike, particularly for its comprehensive care, skilled medical professionals, and compassionate approach to animal well-being. The positive testimonials highlight RBVH’s capabilities in handling a range of medical and surgical needs, from routine procedures to complex and critical conditions.
One glowing review details a positive experience with the surgical team at RBVH. The customer’s dog, Cami, underwent surgery for an ACL and meniscus tear. The fact that the referring veterinarian and the customer’s nephew both “raved about the care and concern for their Dog” speaks volumes about the hospital’s reputation within the local veterinary community and among pet owners. The experience itself further validated these recommendations. Cami stayed overnight post-surgery, and the owners were able to pick her up the following day. The recovery process, as described, was remarkably smooth, with Cami showing significant improvement within a week. The owner specifically mentioned being kept informed about Cami’s progress, the clear explanation of costs and procedures, and the overnight monitoring provided. The successful outcome of the surgery and the attentive care received led the owner to consider Dr. Davis and the entire hospital team a “godsend,” expressing immense gratitude for their services.
Another compelling review highlights the expertise and critical care capabilities of RBVH’s emergency services. When their dog, Atlas, presented with severe anemia, their primary veterinarian referred them to RBVH. In the emergency room, Dr. Deininger was able to diagnose Atlas with an extremely rare illness called Babesia. The reviewer explicitly credits Dr. Deininger’s diagnostic acumen and “outside the box thinking” as the reason their beloved pet is still alive. Atlas required two weeks of intensive treatment, including multiple blood transfusions in both the ER and ICU. This experience allowed the owners to witness firsthand the dedication, skill, and compassion of the entire team at RBVH. They confidently describe the hospital as being “full of the most compassionate and incredible doctors and staff” and express profound gratitude for their kindness and expertise. Their strong recommendation to “absolutely everyone” whose pet is in crisis underscores the high level of trust and satisfaction they have in RBVH’s ability to handle critical medical situations.

The services offered at RBVH, as evidenced by the reviews, include but are not limited to: emergency veterinary care, intensive care, surgical procedures (such as ACL and meniscus repair), advanced diagnostics to identify rare illnesses, and overnight monitoring for post-operative and critically ill patients. The hospital likely offers a broader range of services typical of a comprehensive veterinary hospital, such as general wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, and management of chronic conditions, although these are not specifically mentioned in the provided reviews.

Mar 16, 2025 · Angela DeMottWe were referred to RBVH by our vet when our boy Atlas presented with severe anemia. Dr. Deininger in the ER was able to diagnose him with an extremely rare illness called Babesia. This diagnosis and Dr. Deininger’s outside the box thinking is why our boy is still with us today. It has been two weeks of him in and out of the ER and ICU for transfusions and intensive treatment, so we can say with confidence that this hospital is full of the most compassionate and incredible doctors and staff. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and skill and would tell absolutely everyone to go here if your pet is in crisis.
Mar 21, 2025 · Maggie CavallaroAmazing vet. The hospital is gorgeous state of the art. Dr Ryan ford is amazing and really takes the time to talk to you and care for your pet. He is also a skilled and excellent surgeon. 100% recommend to everyone I know - best in the state. Office staff are extremely nice and helpful too.
Feb 07, 2025 · Laura FagenWent on a Sunday nigh to the emergency entrance, staff came to the car to get my dog and take immediate care of her. Dr came out after a few minutes with an update and treatment plan. After about 2 hours it was suggested to keep my dog over night. Picked up her Monday late afternoon and my dog was great. Dr called me twice a day to check in her. Tuesday my dog collapsed, I called Dr was advised to come right in and he put me on the schedule so I didn't have to use ER again. Spent about 2 hours with treatment and new meds and was able to bring my dog home. Unfortunately my dog had a heart disease so she passed the next day. The Cardiology Dept was amazing and kept me calm during the last few days I had with my dog.
Jan 02, 2025 · KathyAbsolutely incredible! Our dog had serious spinal issues. Brought her in on Saturday afternoon. Neurologist saw her right away. Received call later that evening that emergency surgery was performed. She is now on her way to full recovery. Vets and techs were all so incredibly caring and compassionate. Cannot say enough good things about Red Bank. Highly recommend them for any and all pet medical needs.
