I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff was professional and friendly from start to finish. They took excellent care of my baby pitbull, Tiana, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I originally had a traditional appointment & as we arrived, we were notified they were running behind. I didn't want to be late for work, so my appointment turned into a drop off, and I was able to get to work on time. I received calls through the day updating on the checkup, needed services (xrays), and costs. Nothing was done without my approval. It has now been a couple of weeks since our initial appointment & I have received a couple of texts from the staff checking up on Tiana. I really appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the efficient service & follup. I Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality veterinary care!

Y’all RAWC!!! All the the techs that know Junior is a “special case”… just like me lol. Tech Kat is amazing and I love Dr. Hill. My senior dog Junebug is set in her ways and they’re sooo patient with her! I know there’s more techs that have helped hold her little feet for a nail trim and I thank you too!!! This time we found some manageable senior conditions. I celebrate Nov 1…she is 14!!! Wow. Dr. Hill said she looks great for her age. I’m in my thirties and a stroke survivor… she hasn’t left my side since I found her. I wish dogs could live forever, especially my daughter Junebug Jane. She overall looks great. She saved my life. I will continue to save hers with the help of RAWC

I’ve been taking my Sphynx baby here since she was a 2 month old kitten. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. I love that they go out of their way to make my Olive feel special. She got spayed here today and the whole process was very seamless. The suture she got was very small as opposed to other places I’ve taken my previous cat. Pricing is great & I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointments. The staff was very clear and concise when telling me about the post op care & my baby is doing great! RAWC is awesome!

I brought my old girl in hoping they would give her a shot for pain as she was in a bad state. The veterinarian came in and told me that before they could even consider giving her any kind of medication they would have to draw her blood to see if her organs would be able to handle any type of medication. She left and moments later the tech came in with a telling me that they would have to put her under anesthesia just to get an x-ray check her blood just to give her a medication As well as many other costly tests. The veterinarian had to return and told me she did not appreciate the way I spoke to her backpack when I was in tears asking where do all the funds go that are supposed to be for these animals to get the help they need and she could not answer. This wasn't the first place that was unable to explain where these funds go for these organizations who collect money to help pets in need. Being at the veterinarian could not tell me why she felt I was being rude to her technician this is the only thing I can come up with. Funny thing is without the blood test she was willing to give me expired medication for my dog to ease her pain. Of course I agreed. The biggest mistake I made of my life involving my dog. Within 30 to 45 minutes after she had administered the medication my dog she was no longer able to walk or get up again. Yes my dog was very sick with a big knot on her leg. However she was eating drinking playing barking and having fun in spite of her pain. This medication that this veterinarian had given me was for Parkinson's which ultimately destroyed her nerve function ability to walk or stand or use the bathroom. All you had to do was give her a shot for pain. Instead you destroyed the last days of our lives together. You disgusted me

We had a great experience. I took my dog there for a second opinion on a surgery for what I was told was cancer. Not only was it benign, but I saved $1000 on the surgery, which was far less extensive than what I was told was needed at the other well known Rayford Rd vet.
