Luna has been a patient here since she was a puppy… she’s 7 now. The office staff and Drs are absolutely great. There’s no waiting for appointments, 24 hour turnaround time for refills. The Dr is very attentive to our needs. I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else. I highly recommend Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital.

Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital Introduce

Welcome to Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital, a comprehensive pet care facility located at 11981 Jack Benny Dr STE 101, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739, USA. Serving the local community and their beloved animal companions, Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital aims to provide a wide range of services to ensure the health and well-being of pets. As a dedicated pet hospital, they offer not only veterinary medical care but also operate as a pet pharmacy, providing convenient access to medications and related products for your animals.

Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital can be contacted at (909) 941-0841 or via mobile phone at +1 909-941-0841. This accessibility ensures that pet owners can easily reach out for appointments, inquiries, or in case of urgent needs.

Based on available information, including customer reviews, Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital has received varied feedback regarding its services. Some long-term clients express high satisfaction with the care provided, particularly highlighting the attentiveness of the doctors and the efficiency of the office staff. One review mentions a positive experience over seven years, noting the ease of appointment scheduling and a quick 24-hour turnaround for prescription refills. This suggests that for some pet owners, Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital offers reliable and convenient veterinary and pharmacy services.

Another positive review emphasizes the doctor's attentiveness to the pet's needs and expresses strong loyalty to the hospital, indicating a high level of trust and satisfaction with the veterinary care received. Such testimonials point towards a commitment to providing quality medical attention and building strong relationships with pet owners.

However, it is important to consider all available feedback to gain a balanced understanding. One detailed negative review raises significant concerns regarding the hospital's boarding services and communication practices. This review describes an experience where a cat with anxiety, who had been prescribed anti-anxiety medication by the hospital in the past, allegedly did not receive adequate care during a three-day boarding stay. The reviewer claims they were not informed of any issues despite calling to check on their pet and were only told of difficulties upon pickup. Furthermore, the review alleges that the cat did not receive the necessary medication or care, appeared dirty and dehydrated upon return, and that the owner's attempts to discuss these concerns with the office manager were met with rudeness and being hung up on. This account paints a concerning picture of the boarding experience and raises questions about communication and the level of care provided in this specific instance.

The negative review further suggests that the primary focus of the hospital may be on financial gain rather than the well-being of the animals. While this is a serious accusation based on one individual's experience, it is crucial for potential clients to be aware of this feedback alongside the positive testimonials.

Considering the information available, Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital functions as a pet hospital with an on-site pharmacy, catering to the medical and pharmaceutical needs of pets in the Rancho Cucamonga area. The positive reviews suggest that their routine veterinary services and pharmacy operations are efficient and that some clients have developed long-term trust in their doctors and staff. Features highlighted include ease of appointment scheduling and quick prescription refills.

However, the negative review regarding the boarding service indicates potential inconsistencies in the quality of care across different services offered by the hospital. It also raises concerns about communication with pet owners, especially when issues arise during boarding. The discrepancy between the positive and negative feedback underscores the importance for pet owners to conduct thorough research and potentially seek further information or clarification from the hospital regarding their specific needs, especially concerning boarding services for pets with medical or behavioral conditions.

For local users in Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas, Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital presents itself as a facility where you can access veterinary medical care and a pet pharmacy for your animals. The convenience of having a pharmacy within the hospital can streamline the process of obtaining necessary medications for your pets following a consultation or treatment. The positive feedback suggests a generally efficient service for regular veterinary needs and prescription refills.

However, prospective clients should be mindful of the concerns raised in the negative review, particularly if they are considering boarding services, especially for pets with specific medical or behavioral needs. It might be prudent to discuss boarding procedures, communication protocols, and the handling of animals with anxiety or other conditions in detail with the hospital staff before making a decision. Asking about their protocols for administering medication, monitoring boarded animals, and communicating with owners about any issues encountered could be beneficial.

In conclusion, Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital offers veterinary and pharmacy services in Rancho Cucamonga. While some clients have reported positive experiences with their medical care and pharmacy efficiency, it is essential to be aware of the concerns raised by at least one customer regarding their boarding service and communication practices. Local users are encouraged to consider all available information and perhaps contact the hospital directly to discuss their specific pet care needs and address any potential concerns before entrusting their animals to their care, especially for services beyond routine check-ups and prescription fulfillment.

***BEWARE*** Have been going here for about 3 years and the hospital was amazing when I first started going and they had great reviews in the past. But when I boarded my cat with the hospital like I have done in the past there were some real problems and concerns. My cat suffers from anxiety and has well documented anti-anxiety meds they have given her in the past to keep her comfortable while she stays with them because she gets scared in new places. She stayed with the hospital for 3 DAYS and during that time no one called me about issues with my cat and when I called in to check on her status I was not notified of any issues. When I picked her up, I was informed that she was difficult and they won’t be able to take care of her moving forward. I was shocked since this was the first time I had heard of any issues. Again 3 DAYS LATER! When I asked about if any meds were give or if she was see by any doctors who were work on those days or if any other measures were taken to help her during her stay or why I was not contacted or informed about any of these issues when I called in to check on my cat. I was hung up on, I was told the office manager was to busy to talk to me and was in a “meeting” but when she did call me back I caught her in a LIE! because she said she was standing next to the person I was originally on the phone with and to who I was asking questions too and that she “heard everything” but I was told she was in a meeting else were in the hospital at the time. She was so rude! When I relayed my questions to the office manager she only talked over me and said they wouldn’t watch my pet ever again even though That was not what I asked! I was asking about WHY my pet did not get the care she needed! I also asked why the proper measures were not taken to keep my pet safe and comfortable and why I was NOT noticed of the issue until the day of pick up! The office manager ignored my questions and hung up on me. I never got any answers but I did get a really large bill and a scared and traumatized cat who was dirty and so very thirsty given back to me. They only care about the money here! I don’t recommend Boarding your pet here or bringing your pet here! They are not safe veterinary care facility anymore!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Rancho Cucamonga PetVet Care Center with my sister’s family dog. Despite pamphlets advertising the ear infection medication Clabo, they no longer carry it and refused to complete the treatment. When we spoke up, Charlene and supervisor Arlene were extremely hostile and unwelcoming. It felt like we were treated differently, possibly due to the color of our skin, and were told they would refuse service altogether. If your dog needs ear infection treatment, avoid this location due to poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a hostile environment.

This was our first time here with our puppy . The vet tech was so nice and informative. I had an appointment at 4:30pm . The Dr. came in and gave us an allergy shot for our dog . It was a very clean place and we will definitely be back . Also the prices were reasonable. Thank you again .
