ABOVE AND BEYOND. Dr. Jena is the hands down the most compassionate, caring vet I have ever met. Our experience working with her trying to save our sick African Grey parrot today was unheard of. She involved us in every step of our birds emergency care and treated her like she was her own while treating us like family and friends too. I watched her do everything she could as she wanted my parrot to pull through so bad; and when she sadly didn’t make it, she continued to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my mom. It’s very surprising and refreshing because I’m so used to feeling scammed and dismissed by South Florida veterinary clinics. Not here. This group of people are amazing and passionate about animals, humans, and medicine. My mom and I are devastated over the loss of our parrot and Dr. Jena was an absolute angel with us from start to finish. Pricing was reasonable & shows they are not blatantly after money. I’m soo sad, but comforted-sad because this Dr. was so bomb. Can’t recommend her enough. Also clean, organized, gorgeous location that feels like paradise with the art, gardens, and landscape. Needed a new avian vet as our last vet recently past away. Rainforest cam highly recommended and with good reason. Brought my 3 macaws and little african gray there yesterday for a full health check. The staff were competent, friendly and accommodating. They handle my precious feathered kids with love and care and made us feel welcome on our first visit. It was little over an hour drive but worth it. I will now sleep easier knowing that if my birds need them, they will be in good hands. An overall great experience

Dr. Dicharry saved my budgie! I live in Miami, and when one of my little budgies fell ill, I first took her to a place down this way. That place diagnosed her with a kidney tumor, gave me some narcotics for her, and told me she has a few weeks to months to live. I was so heartbroken. I decided to take her for a second opinion, just in case, and on recommendation, I made the long drive from Miami to Loxahatchee. Best decision ever! Dr. Dicharry was so compassionate, and took her time, asking lots of questions about my budgie’s symptoms. I also really appreciated the fact that she recognized that my sweet budgie is a rather nervous bird, and did everything she could to handle her gently and not stress her too much. Dr. Dicharry did additional tests, and discovered that my budgie had a rampant infection. She was very methodical and careful in selecting which antibiotic to prescribe, to make sure it targeted the right thing, and didn’t pose further risks. Dr. Dicharry and the team at Rainforest Clinic called to check on my sweet budgie every day! And, I am thrilled to report, my little miracle bird is alive & well!! This is all thanks to Rainforest Clinic. If I had just gone with the first doctor’s diagnosis in Miami, we would never have known about the infection until it was too late. Grateful beyond words.

This review is way overdue. There is no amount of words I can say to describe how amazing Dr. Susan Club at the Rainforest Clinic is. She is incredibly kind compassionate caring intelligent and constantly striving to learn new things. We have several birds many with special needs and we’ve had unbelievable treatment from her with them. She constantly amazes me with her knowledge. If there’s a rare condition a very small percent of people know about she knows it which gives us great comfort. When there is an emergency she is there. She explains everything clearly and Extremely well. It’s easy to tell how incredibly dedicated she is. And I highly highly highly recommend bringing your birds or exotics to dr. club. I trust her 100+ percent and wouldn’t go anywhere else
