I have never owned a pet in my life and my 18yr old son brought a puppy home a few days ago. I’m super nervous about taking care of a dog especially a puppy. I made an appointment right away for check up and shots and I’m so happy to have found Rainbow Animal Hospital, Dr Master was amazing and answered all my questions (which I had a lot because all this is new to me) she took her time with us and was amazing! My puppy is doing well after shots and was super relaxed at the office, everyone from the front desk to the doctor were amazing, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience!

I came in for an emergency with my dog Polly. I had a scheduled appointment but they took him sooner because this health was declining fast. The front desk was so nice and patient over the phone and even more so in person. They took him in ringer away and form to find out he had a million horrible things going on with him including kidney failure. Dr. Johnson was so nice, held him so soft, and had the sweetest demeanor. I had no sleep the night before and she calmly went over the plan she thought was best for him. I didn’t feel taken advantage of and I felt the steps were all necessary to help Polly. They took great care of him till they closed and I’ll be forever grateful for his last days of care being with a team that was so thoughtful. They did their best to make sure he didn’t suffer, although the end came inevitably after that l, at least he was loved and treated with care until then. I’m happy that I found my new vet here although it was in a morbid way. It showed me who the team really was and how they act in dire situations. I’m so grateful for the great reviews previously that helped me choose Rainbow Vet Clinic. The process would have been a lot harder, less comfortable and most likely a lot more expensive. I’d highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner. My only wish is that I came here before it was too late. 💔

I recently took my dogs to Rainbow Animal Hospital for a checkup and to get their vaccines updated, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and service we received. The vet and her tech were thorough, taking the time to explain the checkup process and address any questions I had about my dog's health. They also provided helpful advice on nutrition and preventative care. The vaccination process was quick and handled with great care—both dogs didn’t even seem to notice the shots! I’ll definitely be returning for future checkups.

Customer service and veterinarians are always friendly and informative. I have 3 dogs all with different personalities. I appreciate the custom care and kindness to each of my 3 pets needs.

This was my first visit to Rainbow Animal Hospital. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Dr. Master and the rest of the staff is amazing. My dog Chico got a physical, a nail trim and some blood work. They didn't leave me waiting a long time in the examination room like some other places I've been to. Dr. Master called two days later to share the results of the blood test, just as she said she would.

I have been bringing my fur babies to Rainbow for almost 30 years and the experience has always been 5-star. I only trust my babies with Dr. V and Dr. Patton, now retired. It's obvious how much they both love and care for the well-being of all pets. They always take the time to explain everything to fur baby parents. The office staff are also amazing, especially Deanna. She is bright and cheerful and always welcomes my babies when they come in. She never forgets to ask how they're doing, especially Baby.
