if i could give them zero stars i would. I went in with a specific problem i needed checked out on my cat. he walked in the room lecturing me and his assistant about where I was standing when I was just comforting my uncomfortable animal. I was there for 10 minutes he didn't look at the issue started talking about flea medication for some stupid reason when I needed her anal glands checked. I made a new appointment with a different vet right away as I knew she was still uncomfortable. lo and behold she had impacted anal glands and a minor infection. do not even waste your time stepping in here. they just want your money it's not about the animals at all

This place is heaven sent!! My 4 y/o Pomeranian has been coming here since birth and every single time they’re nothing short of amazing!! They are very caring, friendly, courteous, and always reasonable with prices. I went there today with an emergency and was seen right away! They loved on and cared for my dog as if he were their own!

Dr. S, is a great vet! Been treating my pets for many years. Provided great affordable alternatives and is genuine about pet care. Staff is friendly and they are ready help out in any way.

I’m very saddened my fur baby has gone to heaven. I’ve been w Dr S for more than 20yrs and must say he saved my girls several times having an emergency. Made appt last week was told I didn’t have one incompetent staff now SUCKS!! I was never seen due to his staff saying he was to booked !!! I said wow what happens w emergency’s she looked at me like a deer in headlights I will never ever go here again ever!!! Sorry to say bc Dr S was very good to my fur babies but due to the idiots he has working there my money will be going to Elizabeth VET clinic!!! THEY GIVE MY BABY THE BEST CARE 🐩😘

Do you love your pet? Think about what I’m asking? Because if you do STAY AWAY! I rarely write reviews and much less this long. But I LOVE animals and I can’t in good conscience not share my story. I have been going there for over two years and although he’s very abrasive I looked at him as a good vet. Until recently when my 16 year old dog developed some stiffness in his back legs. I figured it was something arthritic and he could prescribe something to manage his pain. I was floored when he looked me dead in the eye and said it may be time to consider to put ( I can’t even finish this sentence) but I’m sure you get it - rather than medicate him due to his age then just walked out of the room. I figured he was coming back because he didn’t even let me ask any questions. But the tech came back and said the doctor was done. And you can see in her face she felt bad. At that point I got the message. I go to the front desk and he bills me double his usual office visit! When I asked why he came to the front told me his prices had gone up. When I tried reasoning with him I kid you not he began yelling at me and told me to not come back with my pet. Needless to say I found another vet named Clark Vet, they gave me an appointment for the next day and guess what? It’s been over a year and my Maxie has been doing great on his medication. The care and love they have for animals is amazing. And last point I’ll make, people that go to him find his prices practical (depending in the mood he’s in) but hear me when I say you get what you pay for! For your pets sake I hope you head my warning. Oh and my neighbor took his cat there and long story short her baby was ok but he prescribed the wrong medicine!!
