I absolutely love the entire staff at Prytania Vet! The front of house, the techs, and the vets are just awesome. I take all of my cats there and we always receive the best care. Everyone really cares about you and your pet. It’s been a wonderful working with them, I trust them completely with my fur babies!

I’ve been to a few vets in my life. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is phenomenal. It starts as soon as you walk in and are greeted by the wonderful front staff, to when the beyond helpful technicians come out to get you, to the care and attention every veterinarian gives you when you’re in the exam room. The love, patience, and care they show my dog, and the education, compassion, and understanding they give me. There is no better feeling. They have squeezed me in more times than I care to admit. And every time I am utterly amazed at how calm and empathetic the staff is with every client that walks in whether it be annuals, procedures, sick visits, or emergencies. There is no other veterinarians office for me or my dog Walter. Thank you for loving him like he is part of your family.

They are amazing, I have been going to Prytania Vet for over a decade, you cannot imagine how kind and patient they are with me every single time. They are wonderful caring vets and staff. Very compassionate care of my dear cat who died and guiding me through adopting a new kitten with every kitten health problem possible. I have seen almost every vet here and they are all excellent, the staff is extremely kind.

Every person I encountered here was kind and thorough. From the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet. I was really worried about my cat and they took it just as seriously as I did and handled him with care! We are new to the city and we’ve found our home vet. Thanks guys, y’all are all doing a great job!

I’ve been bringing my French bulldog, Busta Rhymes, to this clinic since he was a puppy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. Dr. Taylor is truly the best—her expertise and genuine love for animals always put me at ease, knowing Busta is in the best hands. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure all my questions are answered. The staff here is also incredibly nice and sweet, always greeting us with smiles and making Busta feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. I’m so thankful to have such a wonderful team caring for my little guy!

I have taken my pet here for years and have had great experiences. The practice is structured and offers great customer service—I’m able to come in for vaccines and pick/drop off stuff without an appointment, they are easy to schedule and communicate with via email, and they are well organized to the point that I never find myself having to catch new techs/vets up on situations when I come in for subsequent visits. I’m fortunate to have had few emergency experiences with them, however the more urgent issues I have had, have been handled with a level of grace and competency that make me confident in the quality of the care my pet receives.

Prytania Vet is hands down the best veterinary hospital in the city. It’s pricey, but they go above and beyond for clients. When my friend got caught up at work and wasn’t able to pick her dog up from surgery, they drove her dog to her house for her. When another friend had to help her dog battling cancer cross the rainbow bridge, the whole team here empathized and basically cried with her. They also called my friend the day after to check on her. And just last week, when another friend called to schedule an appointment to put down her pup of 19 years, the receptionist remembered her dog has mobility issues and doesn’t like car rides, and offered to have the vet come to their house to put the pet to sleep where she’s most comfortable. That’s the level of care every pet (and pet person) deserves. You won’t find that anywhere else. I have two senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (11 & 12 years old) and knowing they’re in PVH’s care gives me so much hope that they will live long, healthy, enjoyable lives. The list of what sets Prytania Vet apart is endless, but I’ll add that they are quick to answer the phone, emails, and texts, they are compassionate and empathetic, everyone who works there (receptionists, vet techs, & vets) all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, they have a huge, beautiful, clean facility with updated equipment, and most importantly: NO challenge is too complex for their extremely experienced and knowledgeable staff. My dog Rosie has congestive heart failure and they are completely on the same page as me about making sure we do everything to extend and improve her life. They truly take their time to go over every possible option with me. My other dog Winston, has no health issues, thankfully, but I know if that ever changes, Prytania Vets are who I want on the case. We love it here ❤️

I dropped my dachshund off at 8 am for a bath and nail trim for the first time and was worried about him being there all day or in a kennel, so I asked if I could get called when he’s ready. They were super understanding of my special request and called me much faster than the predicted timeframe. I will be back. I can tell they care about animals a lot.
