PriorityPet Urgent Care Watkinsville came through for a friend of my family. Euthanasia is hard, but the very first time you experience it is the worst. (I think her name is) Priscilla was wonderful in helping through the uncomfortable discussion of humane euthanasia and aftercare; she put the parents at ease. Dr. Cheyenne Holder had a busy day on Sunday, starting her day off with emergency foreign body surgery to save a life and then walked into our room to end a life. Veterinarian are something else, man. But regardless of the many families waiting for her attention, she made the family feel like they were the only one's she was focused on in that moment. She took her time and sympanthized. This classy lady even has make up remover wipes on hand for the tears that ruin your mascara when the stress of a veterinary emergency gets to you.

The newest addition to Oconee County Pet owners is Dr Holder and her staff! They have recently opened on Stonebridge near Butler’s Crossing. Open Thursday thru Monday night 4-12midnight. They were incredibly helpful to pet and owners alike. Punkin had a severe neck injury that had been treated by her local vet and five hours plus $3000 at UGA vet school. We left with everything we could possibly need and the knowledge and confidence to treat Punkin and administer her meds and keep her comfortable during this healing process. Many pets are left in pain and parents traumatized by the thought and cost of going to UGA emergency vet clinic! Well we found that that problem has been solved by the Priority Pet Urgent Care and Dr Holder and her staff! We thank them for their love, concern, and care of Punkin!

I brought our dog to Priority Pet on a late Saturday night to get treated for hives. I called ahead so they were able to get her immediately to the back to get a shot of benadryl. After a few doses her swelling subsided! Clean facility with kind professional staff. Thank you, Dr. Holder & staff for helping our Sunny recover quickly!

This is a wonderful practice filling a great need in the community. Top notch care, beautiful, sparkling clean facility, extremely fair charges. Seen and treated quickly after calling ahead. I already knew Dr Holder and couldn't be happier that this place exists. Hope I don't need it again soon, though.

I just want to thank the whole team for helping me with my leopard gecko Jeffery. He was in a serious position where i didn’t know if anyone could help him out. The team welcomed me and my baby in. The ladies were amazing. They were super friendly and supportive. I went late at night and the office was still opened. It was very clean and tidy. They were very understanding with my finance situation and really helped and worked out a plan that was best for us. I highly recommend this place. For fur babies and scales. 10/10 Very amazing
