Dr Kelsey is kind, compassionate, and seeks to find a solution to help my puppy girl, even though she is a difficult case. Dr Trent has a great personality, is also kind, compassionate and highly competent. The staff is great as well! I would recommend Printz for your pet health care needs.

i took my kitten there for his first time, he felt so comfortable there. Everyone there is so sweet, careful and loving. I didn’t feel rushed at all. My baby boy seen Dr. Studebaker and she was absolutely great. He will definitely continue there.

I have a Newfie with severe allergies. He's terrified at the vet & has always needed to be sedated. I switched vets and talked with Dr. Leia about my concerns with him. I brought him in today. I was so worried, he is 131 lbs, and I didn't want to see anyone hurt. The doctors and staff at Printz have the hearts and patience of saints. They were able to do so much for my Murphy today with no sedation. And they are running tests that were never tried at his past vet. They are always very informative about cost. I feel hopeful that we will finally get answers for my boy and he will finally be comfortable. The doctor even said one of the nurses were singing and dancing with squeaky toys to distract him! How cool is it that they will go so far to keep from sedating him?! He is very peaceful this evening. I have another dog and 3 cats that they've cared for and I drive an hour to them. When you find a place that treats you pets with so much care you stay with them!

Love the staff. They are so good with my dog and cat!! You can tell they really love animals. Just got my dog neutered today and they were so attentive to him and informative to us. They even have a link to a chat where they send pictures and updates on your pet through the whole process. The chat is even good to use after the visit as well for questions for the vet.

Dr. Trent and his staff are great. I’ve been taking all my pets to him for many years and have never been disappointed.
