I've gone to so many veterinarians for my girl Callie, and she's never been able to defeat this ear infection :( I have a really good feeling about this veterinarian though! Every treatment (can get pricey) since I've come here has never been offered to me at other places ,only gave me antibiotics, she's never been offered a cytology. I'm glad that my cockerspaniel is finally going to be able to have a good ear, I know it's been bugging her ever since, it's never been fully treated correctly and would always come back. Also, my parent in laws dog Simba has been coming here for awhile, They take very good care for his Addison disease.

I’ve been taking my dog and cats to Prime Care since moving to OC in 2020. My pets have always received great care more than my expectations. I’ve always felt my vet takes time with us. No rushing at all. Thanks for your staffs and Dr Lee.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my dog for a regular checkup and a week later my dog was licking his leg so I went back to the vet and asked for an x-ray and checkup. The vet refused saying my dog probably sprained her leg and told me not to worry. However, my dog started limping a few days after and when I went to the vet again, the Doctor explained there was a rubberband tied to my dog's leg that had been stopping the blood flow and it was so bad that she had to get surgery. I was shocked that it had gotten that bad. My dog is fluffy so I didn't even know there was a rubberband. I was tracing my memory of when my dog would have gotten a rubberband on her leg when I remembered, that the vet ties the pets here for bloodcheck. The doctor or the nurse probably forgot to take it off after they were done taking blood from my dog. At this point, I was furious and complained that it was the hospital's due negligence and that my dog wouldn't have done surgery if they had done an x-ray when I asked them in the first place. The doctor claimed, "We don't know where she got the rubberband from" and blamed me. WHY WOULD I TIE A RUBBERBAND ON MY DOG. I live alone so no one else would have touched her. The Doctor continued to state she was "offended" and "would recommend another doctor" if we continued to be hostile with her. My dog still needed surgery and would have been difficult to go elsewhere immediately so I ended up doing surgery with the same doctor. After several days, when I came home from work, my dog had ripped the cast apart and was licking her wound. There was blood and I immediately called the hospital. It was around 5:50 pm and whoever answered the phone said since they were closing in 10 minutes, we should go to the emergency care and hang up the phone. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. The person probably realized that was rude and left me a voice memo saying we could come to the vet the next day at 9 am. I arrived at 9 am sharp and the nurse said, the doctor was in surgery so won't be able to see my dog until later. What was the point of me bringing my dog here then? I quickly called another vet, but all the places near me were either full or would have opening several hours later. I decided to wait since it would be faster. The doctor said she just cleansed the wound and applied light ointment. Her attitude was so foul as she tried to sell me medicine and ointment. At this point, I was so fed up that the next day I went to another vet. Finds out, I don't need to buy the other hospital's $20 ointment and regular Neosporin would have been fine. ALSO, MY DOG HAD BRUISE ON HER PAW ON THE SAME LEG. The original doctor didn't even mention anything like that. The new doctor stated it was a big scratch so we would need to apply ointment daily. The Prime Care doctor and nurse are horrible and don't even check your pet properly. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THEM.

Never going back. They did do a physical exam on my dog and treated her however the customer service was really bad. It was very patronizing, especially the lady at reception. It left me with a bad taste walking out of there. If you want to feel inferior for questions and concerns, come here

I love this office. My best friend just moved to Fullerton. Her dog is a 10 year old girl. She had diarrhea and looked really lethargic. We were really worried but didnt know where to bring her. We googled some clinics near Fullerton and finally took her to this clinic. Dr.Lee was awesome. The staff there were nice and friendly. They took time to look after patients and seemed to really care about their clients and animals. This dog is doing great, eating well, running and playing all day and no diarrhea anymore.
