I had a terrible experience with Preddy Creek Vet and would strongly advise against using their services. From the start, I’ve always paid on time, but recently I was unable to make a full payment and received a rude email, written in all caps, essentially yelling at me. I paid the balance and expressed my frustration with their disrespect, stating I would be looking for a new vet. After that, they removed my dog from their system without warning. When I tried to schedule an appointment for his necessary shots, I was told I couldn’t do that and was instructed to leave my name and number to speak with a manager—something I never asked for. I simply wanted to schedule an appointment. To make matters worse, when my dog became sick, they refused to see him and instead suggested I take him to the emergency room, which cost me $600 for a simple walk-in. I later found out that my dog’s weight had not actually dropped as they claimed. This led to another emergency visit, only to confirm that he was perfectly healthy and hadn’t lost any weight. The treatment I received was unprofessional and extremely upsetting. The office staff was rude on the phone, and one even hung up on me. Another answered with a polite tone but immediately turned cold and dismissive when she realized it was me. I was too upset to retaliate, but their behavior was completely uncalled for. I’ll be taking my dog elsewhere from now on, and I would highly recommend others do the same to avoid this level of disrespect and poor service.

I can’t thank the staff at Preddy Creek enough for their great care of my three cats. They always provide great service and advice, are able to see a sick animal on short notice, and have gone above and beyond in researching products and following up after visits to check on recovery. Every staff member genuinely cares and takes the time to evaluate an animal, ask extensive questions, and provide tailored help to maintain its overall wellness. Grateful to this team in particular for improving the quality of life of my oldest cat!

A wonderful clinic! 🐕🐶🐾 Decently medium priced & amazing staff. They were able to fit in our appointment quickly and all of the staff were super nice. The vet & vet tech are very knowledgeable and helped us out with all of our concerns. Will become a repeat customer. 💖💕🎉🐩

I would not recommend this practice. Two of my neighbors- both solid people who’ve given years of service to this community- were treated badly. I don’t know what happened to this practice but I have pulled my dog from their care.

They have taken care of several of my fur babies and are very friendly, compassionate, and caring when taking care of my fur babies. They take the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns are taken care of and that I understand. They have been there for to to him some cross to the Rainbow bridge and I very loving and caring when it came to that. I highly recommend them.
