Potomac Animal Wellness Services (PAWS)

Genuinely this vet is amazing. When rescued my sick cat they were able to get him in the soonest and everyone had such encouraging words that they would get him better. They also were all giving him pets and scratches. Each time I go to them they are always lit up with smiles and are so kind to me. They are also reasonably priced which is a big one! They pick up the phone too which is a plus because I hate playing phone tag. I drive 45 minutes to go to them because I think it’s that worth it! 🤍🙌🏻

There is not one bad thing I can say about this place. It is always clean and inviting and doesn’t smell when you walk in. The veterinarian’s that I see are Dr. Quigley and Dr. Parkin who are exceptional. They answer any and all questions I have even dumb ones and they never make you feel dumb because you don’t know something. They make sure you understand procedures, tests, etc. The vet techs are always so nice and understanding and the front desk employees are always friendly and helpful! This place is my recommendation every time sometimes ask me! Hands down phenomenal service.

My dogs have been seeing Dr Quigley since they were puppies. Everyone here has been very kind. Prices seem a little high in comparison to the vet clinic I also use in Alexandria VA. But over all, always a positive experience. I’d give them a 4 star because of price, but they deserve a 5 star for care, which is what really matters.

Really appreciated Jessie and Dr. Quigley's obvious enjoyment doing their job and the easy rapport I felt automatically. Thank you so much for your patience in explaining my concerns for Bellas health and making our first visit a pleasure

We have been going to PAWS for about 7 years now. One of our pups was a little weary of new people, and they handled him so well. We have had all sorts of visits from routine to emergency. Every time they have been seen the staff is welcoming and compassionate.
