Very compassionate. All the office staff are nice to deal with. Dr. Polo is very up front and tells you what to expect. He's very compassionate and a soft spoken man when it comes to having to put your pet down. They don't rush you out, they give you the time you need to say goodbye. They are reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend them.

I've been a patient with Dr. Polo for many years. He has a way of explaining things that makes people feel confident and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him with my many pets including cats and guinea pigs.

I just had to bring my Mother's Dog in as an emergency visit the other day. He had been getting in the trash*(this is new) & he's been. Exhibiting other "Off" behaviors. Dr Polo made time for us & reviewed Buster .. I don't have a fuzzy of my own right now. But when I get one I will be taking them to see our Favorite vet!! Thanks to the pleasant staff & Dr. Polo!! Great atmosphere & Great job!!

We have been taking Kirby to Dr. Polo for 10 years. We would not use any other! Dr. Polo treats Kirby with so much kindness and compassion. I love that we are reminded of needed vaccines and medications. Dr. Polo is knowledgeable and compassionate. His staff is always helpful in making visits go smoothly.
