I just wanna share about my experience tonight with Dr. Davis and her team!!!!! I applaud them all! The detail in conversations, the decision making everything! The kindest I’ve ever met. I brought my Napa girl in tonight for what I thought was one thing then treated for something else but Dr. Davis was so thorough! She explained everything took time to explain, and all! Hopefully thanks to the SubQ fluids my sweet girl will be feeling better in the next 24 hours but I’m thankful Dr. Davis and her team are so close to us in my community! Thank you Dr. Davis and the girls that were there tonight on 2/12/2025! 5 stars!

We have been here for going on 6 hours now. We brought our dog in for symptoms of pyometra which is a medical emergency and can quickly become life threatening as she can become septic. We understand that the wait can be long at emergency vet clinics as I work in a hospital ER and I know all too well about wait times. But this is nothing short of ridiculous! Several pets have come and gone over the past 6 hours we have been here. Our dog is miserable, sitting in soaked diapers of blood and discharge, whimpering and trembling. Having excessive thirst and obvious discomfort. I’m beyond disgusted with this place and from here forward I will gladly drive a longer distance to see providers who actually care about something other than how much money they can get from you.

I had to take my cat Caramel to the vet clinic and ended up having to put him to sleep. Everyone in the clinic from the reception staff to the vet were so kind and thoughtful. Bringing me water to drink and offering their sympathy. I was so thankful I was able to hold him in my arms while he went to heaven. I went today to pick up him remains as I had him cremated and everything from the urn and paw print from the crematorium the clinic partners with was beautiful. Thank you to the Pet Emergency Clinic of Pitt County for your kindness and graciousness during this difficult time.

My Sheltie, Jet, was transferred from my regular vet to the Pet Emergency Clinic for an overnight stay for a possible obstruction. The vet did a great job of laying out her plan and then called during the night with an update. She explained everything that was going on and patiently answered my questions so I could make the best decision for my dog. Jet received great care from the entire staff and was transferred back to our normal vet in the morning. Jet avoided surgery and is doing so much better today. I am so thankful that this clinic is in place and able to provide quality after hours care for our pets.
