Many years later Harry Houdini is a thriving stray cat that y’all took care of when we found him with a hurt paw. We have moved away from the area but we appreciated how willing you were to treat him. Other vet’s would not because he was a stray.

For years, loved taking my cats to the previous vet at Poinsett Veterinary who retired several years. As is the way of all living beings, my last cat passed several years ago. Yesterday, I acquired a very loving two-year old cat. Since “Sadie” came with excellent veterinary records, including vaccinations and no fleas, I decided to wait until after Poinsett Animal Hospital moved into their new facility. However, I quickly realized this sweet cat’s claws are catching on everything. I understand the importance of establishing a relationship between the animal, the vet, and me but I assumed my excellent relationship with the clinic’s former owner would be reason enough for them to take a moment for the cat’s comfort. But nope. Instead, the clinic’s staff verified the owner’s priorities as expressed through their extensive web presence. It clearly states their priorities: marketing and shiny new buildings are more valuable than outdated notions such as building customer-veterinarian relationships.

Love this vet! Affordable prices and great staff. They’re building a new vet right beside the old one which is a bonus!!

I got lucky enough that when I checked for a vet near my new residents, poinsett animal hospital was the closest. They've been absolutely superb. Very accommodating with my odd schedule and also got my girl in quick when I had a scare about something she'd eaten that could be dangerous and needed emergency x-rays. Not to mention that she's always happy and excited to go in and see them. Really lovely the way they handle the animals. Also, I've had many animals over the years and I find their rates quite within reason. Highly recommend!

The staff and Dr. William have been very caring with helping us care for our Trooper's infected paw. We appreciate them as we are traveling from Maine..visiting family in Greenville areas. Very responsive office. Thank you.
