This has been Avery’s vet for years, they know his needs and work with me to ensure he always has a net positive experience (even when they give him the dreaded needle pokes). They are truly passionate about taking care of their patients, and looking out for each animals individual needs. Avery gets excited to see the building, because he knows he will get lots of compliments and love. They get us in and out quickly without compromising his care, and get him seen asap when there’s a need for urgent care. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a compassionate vet!

I just want to thank you for letting me hold him and be with him. Your safety is more important. It was a pleasure. Not watching him get his ears checked with a stick I didn't care for. But I guess. And I do worry about him licking soap from tub at times he's tried while of course sitting on toilet.haha Sometimes I worry about him coughing. It doesn't seem to last. And it's not every day. TY!

You all are amazing! Tilly and Terminator love you about as much as any self-respecting cats could love a vet! You handle our sweet girls so delicately and always answer our questions with care. Thank you for taking care of our T&T! It wouldn't be the same without them.

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the amazing staff at PVVH. We recently lost our best boy Patches to a brief and unexpected illness. Dr. Underwood went above and beyond to help us navigate what the next best steps would be for our baby. She spent extra time with him, which means so much. Kristina was so compassionate and let us sneak "out back" to see him- and even told him that she loved him. As we grieve Patches loss, we have found comfort in the acts of kindness showed to us and him in his final days. The card we recently received has brought us some joy. Knowing how many people Patches touced! He was the very best boy, and is missed beyond measure.
