In this day and age when more and more companies are bought out by big corporations and seem less personal it was nice to feel like they genuinely cared. My 16 year old chihuahua/dachshund mix stopped eating and was seriously ill. I was not sure he was going to make it. They were booked but agreed he needed to be seen and worked him in that morning. The vet was great and prices were reasonable. They also were very supportive. He is 16 years old and had kidney disease and pancreatitis so I thought this was the end and they gave us great resources for end of life decisions. Happy to say with the fluids and nausea medicine he bounced back and is back to his normal self. If you want a place that gives you a personal touch I would recommend this place !!

We are new to PAH, however I am very happy that they will be taking care of our puppy. We have a bullmastiff and our previous vets had little experience with this breed. This is not the case with PAH! They know the breed well and are well equipped to take care of large dogs. Our puppy loves the staff and their prices are fair. Overall very happy to have found them and looking forward to the years of having our animals taken care of by this veterinary clinic.

Very kind and friendly staff. The doctor was great and the care our pet received was excellent! I'm so glad that we found this place and will continue to go there for all of our pets needs.

All staff have been amazing with my pets. Living and past. When my dog had issues they did their best to find ways to bring the price down so I could afford the treatments she needed. When she passed away they were so thoughtful and kind. Now with my little kitten, they are still just as amazing!! It is wonderful to know that everytime I come in, no matter what I am treated the same and so are the pets that I bring in!!

This response is hilarious. I never verbally or physically attacked anyone. You are trying to paint this interaction in a way to discredit my review. But your office manager was rude the minute she walked into the room. I slid my credit card on the vet table instead of handing it to the front desk person- if that is physical abuse, I guess I’m guilty. I slid my card in the opposite direction of the staff person and it didn’t touch her until SHE picked it up from the table to run it. When the office manager told me that they would be charging me even though the VET confirmed they wouldn’t be, I said I would just find another vet. Please tell me how that is verbal abuse. That is simply sharing my desire to go somewhere where they honor their word and admit their mistakes. Then the office manager proceeded to tell me what a good deed they provided by not charging me a fee I had never been quoted or seen before. I told her I was done with the conversation. I was not going to convince her of anything. Regardless of what they wrote here. Why would they come into the room, tell me they aren’t waiving the fee only to provide another solution? Please, that is untrue and they are only saying that now to save face. Also, they butchered my dog’s nails and she won’t stop licking them since I went in. So they hurt my dog on top of everything else. Brought my two dogs here 3x in the last three weeks. We are fostering a dog who doesn’t like her nails trimmed so we sedated her for the second appt. They were able to trim her back nails the last time and two of her front nails. Today, the tech brought in a low and high estimate and neither one mentioned a difficult dog charge. Then they proceeded to pin her down to cut her nails, cut her back nails again and when they told me, I told them those were already done. I asked the vet if they could refrain from charging me considering I already paid them to get those same nails cut two weeks prior, paid for the meds to sedate as they requested and brought her back. Also paid for a full vet appt again ($84). She said “yes” to not being charged for the mistaken nail trim. Then when I was waiting (for a full hour and a half at this point) to finally pay, the business manager came in, said they wouldn’t honor the discount and I lost it. They kept me for 1.5 hours for a nail trim, anal gland expression and an ear cytology (all of which took less than 10 minutes). It’s not my proudest moment, but Jesus, I’ve spent probably $700 in the last month there if not more and was getting ready to buy my flea meds on their website and this lady has the nerve to make a big deal about $20?! I’m just asking for FAIRNESS. They cut the wrong nails. Just own it; don’t charge me and move on. Instead she wanted to tell me what a service they did by not charging for “a difficult dog” which they never quoted for me in the first place. I paid $300 for all of that. Needless to say, this scam of a facility will not receive a penny more from me. If you want to go to a place with staff who care more about money than your pet, this is the place! I miss Berry Hill.
