I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment! Today I saw Dr. Madison Phillips, and she was absolutely exceptional! I have a reactive Alaskan malamute pup and the staff treated her with the upmost compassion and care. This was the best experience we have ever had a vet and they explained everything and gave a ton of options, didn't push anything she didn't need on us, and made this vet visit super easy overall! I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone here are absolutely wonderful. We have had such amazing interactions with several of the Doctors and techs and have never been left with uncertainty about treatment plans. We last saw Dr. Snyder, and she is wonderful with our boy. Compassionate, and always professional and honest.

I had an appointment with Dr. Factor for a checkup and 12 week vaccinations for my new pup. Dr. Factor was very professional and knowledgeable, especially with my breed of dog. I would highly recommend Dr. Factor.

Made a next day appointment very easily and had great service and a wonderful experience. Received a personal phone call from Dr. Snyder with test results in the expected amount of time. Very happy with our experience.

Mostly the doctors are great but the male medical assistant is always making strange and uncomfortable advances. He makes offensive comments whenever we are alone. Unfortunately he seems to make it a point to be the one that helps mewhen I come in. I finally decided a few months ago to find another vet.
