Mar 19, 2025 · Chris PetersonI am very grateful to Pinehills Veterinary Hospital for providing laser treatments. I have a small 15 yo who was struggling with arthritis in addition to kidney disease. We started laser treatments with the hope that it would help with her arthritis pain and in turn help her appetite. I have been greatly pleased with the results. She is eating better and is not constantly restless trying to get comfortable. Her quality of life has improved exponentially.
Mar 27, 2025 · Joy DowdalEverybody we met today was phenomenal. Took wonderful care of our cats, went through all the questions and answers so it was easy to understand, as well as medication administration, etc. I felt at ease having this team caring for our girls. Thanks for a great first vet visit!
Jan 09, 2025 · Meg VandernoordI am new in town. I came here because it was so close to our house. Very upset when Dr. Diem had no communication with me and went ahead and gave my senior dog a vaccination which I DID NOT CONSENT TO. Her RABIES is all she has. He replied it is up to date... I said I known that. The vet tech was very pushy about all the vaccines that she should have despite telling them MANY, MANY, TIMES -NO! NO! He left room and came back and handed the vet a syringe. I asked loudly, WHAT'S THAT? Without hesitation, she injected my dog & said it's the PARVO/DISTEMPER. I did not want this! So needless to say, I am very upset! The tech said it was a lack of communication between him & I and did not take any accountability for this mistake. He made me feel like it was my fault...Bull Crap. I wanted to discuss this with Dr. Diem but she has not gotten back to me and it's been 2 weeks. I will never return there and I do not recommend this Animal Clinic at all.
Nov 19, 2024 · Nancy KaneThey were very kind. Took time and explained everything to me. Gave me prices of procedures before doing them. They were very gentle with my dog. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be using from now on. Thank y’all!
