Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic

We switched to Pine Valley after leaving another office that had gone downhill and had misdiagnosed our dog with cancer. Turns out she does not have cancer, verified with a biopsy, that the last clinic never performed. Pine Valley has helped our dogs and our cats, and every time I call they're always friendly, kind, and understanding. Their vets at this office know their stuff, and are up to date on the latest medical information. They're all great! We're always able to get into an appointment quickly, and once when we had a NIVES visit, they were able to get us in the next day for a follow up. They also recommended we start our 12 year old Alaskan malamute on an osteoarthritis medication (Librela) for her arthritis and pain. After she gets her monthly injection, she's like a whole new dog and she feels so much better! Overall, we're really happy with the vets here and their quality of care! We highly recommend them. Prices are reasonable as well! I also appreciate the separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. What a good idea that was!

Pine Valley Vet Clinic is amazing. They came highly recommended by trusted friends and are a great choice for anyone looking to get their pet excellent care. Their scheduling team is both easy to communicate with and flexible in order to get you the appointment time you need. Their techs and doctors are very knowledgeable and have provided our puppy with the best service. The team collectively makes our visits quick and easy. From the time we walk in and weigh our pup, until the time we pay at the checkout, we feel comfortable knowing that our needs are met. Thank y'all for taking such great care of us and Indy.

We moved our puppy here for easier access and we LOVE it. They welcomed her and were very patient and sweet with her as she was getting comfortable. The staff was so nice and excited to see a very curious and nosy puppy. Easy to schedule and quick to get in!

Took Rocky in for his yearly exam saw Dr. Oxley. She said it was safe for him to have his rabies shot but a couple days later he was unable to keep food down became extremely uncoordinated and we had to euthanize him 10 days later it appears that he came down with acute renal failure as a result of the vaccine doctor actually neglected to mention that there were any side effects to the vaccine. I’m extremely disappointed that she neglected to mention this as we would have made a Different decision regarding vaccine or at least postpone it. I feel like we were misled and we’ve lost our dog as a result. I feel like we were completely deceived and have lost trust in Pine Valley vet, veterinary, and Dr. Oxley as a result

The vet is fantastic, but I'm leaving this one star review, because the laptop at reception has a battery bulging out the case at least 1/2 cm. This is very very dangerous. Lithium fires are not something to take lightly. The receptionist said it has been that way for a while, and management is not taking it seriously. This is serious. If the building loses power and the system tries to draw from that battery, it, will almost certainly light on fire and it will be nasty. Protect your people.
