Absolutely wonderful staff. Dr. David was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We went in on an emergency visit one Saturday morning and they took us right in. He was amazing right off the bat and made everything seem so simple. Attentive and caring! Thank you for taking such great care of our Diesel!

Mar 22, 2025 · Marco MartinsThis animal hospital has a terrible receptionist - first you cannot understand her, 2nd - she puts you on hold and never comes back on - PS: if an emergency is in progress - I'm pretty sure the receptionist is free to pick up the person on hold and let them know what is going on - instead of LEAVING YOU ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. Next / check your pets after they have been brought in the back to see if they are still bleeding 🩸 after any shots or blood tests. My poor dog had a technician that did a horrible job .
Jan 03, 2025 · Philthe vet techs and Dr Elizabeth Birth are very caring and informative. Pine Lakes takes very good care of my 8 yr old biscon, poodle Tucker.
Mar 08, 2025 · Mary BraunsThis was Nyla’s first visit and she was very nervous and apprehensive. She was quick to figure out how to open the examination room door and attempt to “escape”. Lol. The entire staff including Dr. Leah were very patient, understanding and kind. Very pleased that we found you and looking forward to establishing further a rapport for long term veterinary care to give my fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) the best care and comfort. Thank you.
Mar 13, 2025 · Andrea HorneyOur first time at the clinic with our dog. Dr. Lee and the vet tech really took their time with our senior dog. She is usually very nervous and requires muzzling during visits, but they were so gentle and took their time to gain her confidence. She did not require the muzzle and had her exam and shots without incident. They did a great job and were very caring with her,
