Dr. Walker has to be the most compassionate and skilled vet I have ever encountered. She worked diligently to save our senior springer spaniel from surgery after he developed a bowel obstruction. When our pup came bouncing out after a very long day of medical intervention it was great relief. She kept us informed and optimistic, even when the radiologist said the dog needed immediate surgery. It is obvious that she has a wealth of experience and is committed to doing what is right for the animals in her care. Wish I could give her 6 stars!

The staff and Dr. Walker are always great with Nitro! He is a hand full bouncing around the whole time, little 75 lbs of muscle he is a blue nose American Pitbull. We moved down here six years ago from the Seattle area. We were so happy to find an awesome vet right away for our last dog Axl who was a 110 lb American bulldog. Thanks, Ty

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive and took the time to understand my dog’s needs. I’ve been a loyal client of N. Pima Animal Hospital since 2018, trusting them with the care of my two dogs, Lulu and Livy, who both have Valley Fever. Recently, I requested a one-week refill on their prescription to cover the time until I could bring them in for labs (they had labs back in July) as I was traveling for work. To my shock, the clinic refused, prioritizing their policy over my dogs’ health. The receptionist was very rude and accused me of not giving my dogs their medication as I was past the prescription date. My ex husband's dog had valley fever and recently passed away, and he gave me his remaining Fluconazole which extended the time of needing a refill. Fortunately, an emergency clinic provided me with a prescription for Fluconazole until I could get them into a new veterinarian. I’m appalled that they would rather have my dogs go without critical medication than provide a short extension. This lack of compassion and customer service is unacceptable. I will be taking their care elsewhere. I can no longer recommend this clinic to anyone who values their pet’s health and well-being

Dr. Lohmer and nurses were all very knowledgeable and kind. The dogs in boarding all sounded very happy. Office was clean and free of puppy distractions. I especially like that they use an app to communicate with clients- I can reach them quickly and see ahead to our next appointments.
