Today was my best friend TimTims last day. The compassion at Phinney Veterinary was exceptional. From the reception to the check-in to the veterinarian. Wonderful & Compassionate. I would highly recommend bringing any of your best friends to this place.

So excited to have a new vet option in the neighborhood. Dr. Moore and her team were great, we brought our doodle in for a skin issue with her tail that she’d been seen at a previous vet for and we were still having issues with it, we wanted a second opinion. The Phinney Vet team was super friendly and efficient, and offered clear explanations of options. After two weeks we’ve seen a significant improvement of the skin issue we brought her in for, which had lasted for 2+ months under the care of our old vet. Glad we sought a second opinion from Dr. Moore and team, we’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you!

This is my favorite vet I’ve been to in 6+ years with my dog. All the staff, from the front desk to the techs to the doctors, are so understanding and empathetic and are very accommodating for reactive dogs. My dog has had several issues the past month and we’ve had to visit 4-5 times and every time I’ve been blown away by the hospitality and kindness of the staff. The rooms are also very comfortable and they do minor surgeries and other operations on site which is very convenient and also try to minimize your costly bills as much as they can. 10/10 recommend.

Phinney Veterinary is beyond wonderful! They comforted our pup Wednesday as soon as we came in. There was a ton of love and care shown to her and to us. The wealth of knowledge and recommendations this vet has is truly great and super helpful. They even offered to vaccinate Wednesday the very next morning since we had come on our visit at the last appointment. That way they could ensure they would be open and ready to help in case our pup had any adverse reactions to the vaccine. Wow!! How thoughtful! They completely put our mind at ease and it shows how much they all care and love what they do. Don’t think twice. Go here for your fur baby and for yourself. High recommend. Thank you all!

Highly recommend, feels light the Neighborhood vet from my childhood. We just switched to them from Banfield. the precess is super easy and well worth it. They acquired the records from multiple vet offices we’d used in the past to create a comprehensive health history. That helped to make a treatment plan that feels thoughtful and personalized. Use these guys If you’re Unhappy with the corporate vet experience Right now they are office a free initial exam.

This veterinary clinic is absolutely paws-itively amazing! From the moment you call in to the moment you walk in, the front desk and appointment staff greet you like you’re checking into a five-star hotel—for your fur baby, of course. They’re not only knowledgeable but also patient and great listeners, no matter how dramatic your pet (or you) might be. Seriously, they listen better than my therapist sometimes! And the doctors? Their bedside manners are so good, you’ll wish they could start seeing human patients too. They treat both our furry companions like my Luna, and us, the slightly overprotective pet parents, with such genuine care and compassion, it’s hard not to leave every visit feeling like you’ve just found your new best friend. On top of all that, they make everything effortless, from scheduling to explaining what your little fluffball needs. They even make the daunting stuff feel manageable. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Actually, let’s make it 11—they deserve the extra credit!

Such a positive experience for me and my newly adopted pup. The facility is very quiet, clean and inviting. All the staff I interacted with online when making my appointment emailing with a question, and in person day of were kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Cairns was amazing; she had a calming and collected presence, explained the “why” of everything in a way I could understand, and was a great blend of professional and friendly. I felt I could ask questions without judgement and I didn’t feel rushed. The appointment cost was transparent and affordable, especially with the first exam free for new patients. So excited this vet is in my neighborhood and I feel confident we are in good hands! Thanks for making my girls first vet visit a positive one.
