PetWellClinic - East Greenway

So many good things to say about PetWell. First of all it’s very affordable. Very affordable which is something someone like me who’s on a fixed income can appreciate. Now you’re probably thinking “oh, if it’s affordable to the lower class it can’t be that great“ right? Well you couldn’t be more mistaken. The staff was incredible. Everyone was very professional, polite, compassionate and didn’t hesitate to answer my questions of which I had many. It took me and Harley three buses to get there but it was totally worth it 😊

Clean , beautiful clinic with very patient and loving vet and staff. We were helped right away and our little dog, Bella was much happier after treatment. Highly recommend this clinic.

I called PetWell Clinic several times yesterday and they didn’t answer my phone call. The white female vet took the black receptionist/vet tech (I don't know her name.) away from our unfinished conversation, which was rude. The black receptionist/vet tech didn't inform the female vet that she hadn't finished our conversation, and then the lighted brown-skinned receptionist/vet (I don't know her first name.) jumped in and didn't know what was going on. She tried to grab the notes from me, and then the black receptionist/vet tech came back took the notes from me and showed them to another receptionist/vet. The black receptionist/vet went back to working with the female vet in another room, and then the light brown-skinned receptionist vet tech ignored me and focused on another customer who stood next to me and could speak and hear, which was wrong of her. I decided to walk away from PetWell Clinic and realized it was not worth wasting my money on them and didn't want to come back to it. I regret wasting my time and gas for this clinic and didn't get what I needed. The receptionist/vet techs didn't show respect to me, but they showed their respect to customers who can hear and speak well. I feel the female vet doesn't care about a customer with a disability’s feelings. They have no patience for people with disabilities.

Love this clinic! Brought my puppy here and purchased one of the puppy packages. All the staff and Dr. Casey are so friendly. I’ll definitely be bringing my pup here for any needs. Pricing is definitely more reasonable compared to some vets we’ve used in the past.

Took two dogs for shots on a Saturday morning. We walked right into an exam room when we arrived and only had to wait a few minutes for the vet to come in. The vet and tech were so good with our dogs. I would definitely go there again!
