I just wanted to thank the amazing staff here for promptly fitting in my kitty as she was having issues over a weekend and I wanted to get her somewhere ASAP. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is amazing and that I called on a Sunday morning and they fit her in within a few hours. She received the proper care that she needed to get better. The staff is caring, knowledgeable and attentive. You have your own waiting room also to keep your pet comfortable. There was a tv with birdies on it, and toys, things to keep your pet busy while you wait, very cozy, which i thought was so awesome. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know because of my great experience!

One of the most distinguishing aspects of PetVet365 is its exceptional environment, meticulously designed to minimize stress and anxiety for pets. They are a 100% Fear-Free certified practice, meaning every caregiver and every hospital within their network adheres to specific standards aimed at creating a calm and positive experience. This commitment is evident from the moment you arrive. Instead of traditional, often chaotic waiting rooms, PetVet365 provides individual, private waiting rooms. This unique feature ensures that pets, especially those who are anxious around other animals, can remain comfortable and relaxed before their examination. Customers have explicitly praised this aspect, noting the significant reduction in stress for their pets.
The exam rooms themselves are another testament to their fear-free approach. They are designed to feel more like cozy living rooms than clinical spaces, often featuring couches, toys, and even TVs playing calming nature scenes or videos of birds, which can serve as a delightful distraction for felines. The lighting is often dimmed, and pheromone diffusers are used to create a soothing atmosphere. This thoughtful setup, combined with a staff that engages with pets at their level, allowing them to sniff around and get comfortable before any procedures, contributes to a truly unique and positive veterinary visit. The clinic is described as "beautiful and crystal clean," reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail that contributes to a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their human companions.

Jan 20, 2025 · Kimberly ParisI could not be happier with PetVet 365! They really listen to my concerns and explain things in a way you can understand. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend!
Apr 27, 2025 · Mona CostanzaI can't say enough good things about this Pet Vet 365 location. Dr. Ostrosky and Dr Ross have been nothing short of amazing in taking care of my senior dog Nellie. They have been kind, patient, thorough, and caring in working with my dog and the care she needs. The techs that we have met with have also been great as well -- I can't remember all of their names but I think one is Laura who we have met with several times. Their treatment plans they have put together have been spot on and worked very well. I highly recommend this Pet Vet 365 location!
Mar 20, 2025 · K SThese guys were so amazing. I took in a stray cat which was injured so they were able to see me same day. They were very efficient and honest every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable and educated me on his various test results. We do have a regular vet but they were booked and actually recommended me here and I’m glad they did. These guys also were very understanding of the fact that I would most likely be following up with my regular vet but they kept the door open and stated that they were always available if my vet isn’t which I truly appreciated. I have multiple fur babies so if anything happens again and my vet isn’t available I will without a doubt be going here! I also LOVED the exam room - super home-like with a couch, TV, kitty toys, and even litter box.
Dec 15, 2024 · Chelsea HardeeI brought my kitty here as a first time patient and immediately I was blown away by this place. It might seem really silly but the first thing I noticed was it didn't smell like a vet. It smelled good in there. Vets usually smell like wet dog or antiseptic soap or Lysol. This office smelled like flowers and vanilla. I knew right away it would be a different experience from the lack of bad/strong smell. The second thing I noticed was there were no animals crying. Not a single noise. The usual vet cacophony was completely absent and that made me and my cat feel more at ease. The very sweet tech at the front checked me in and I was placed in a room specific for cats(they also have special rooms for dogs). The room had a couch, cat treats for free use, a basket of toys, a fluffy bed, a cat tree on the wall and other cat friendly amenities to make my cat feel more comfortable as well as a TV mounted on the wall playing relaxing music and showing a seascape of fish. It was a far cry from the cold, sterile feeling environment of every other vet I've been to. My cat still hid under the couch but he did come out and let the tech and vet pet him and he ate some treats during his exam. He seemed way less scared than normal. I asked many questions. I never felt dumb or stupid. They thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure I understood. They were very nice to me and my cat. I ended up signing up for their VIP program which is an incredible deal and saved me hundreds of dollars on the dental work my kitty needed. The veterinarian Dr. Ross and her awesome team of technicians and employees truly and really care about the pets and they will do anything to help you get them the care they need. I will never take my animals anywhere else if I can help it. Winston and I have found our forever vet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff at petvet 365 in Wilkins Township.
