Really friendly front desk staff, and really liked the how thorough the care was— for example the vet took their time to explain correlations of my dog’s current state of illness and how it could impact his infection and timeline of healing. The rooms were comfortable and calming with ability to set up monthly care plans for preventative care such as vaccines, flea and tick prevention versus having to pay in one lump sum. Highly recommend!!

So far so good! Lexie answered the phone with a super positive attitude and a compassionate and caring approach. We got a same day appointment even as a new client. They are fear free certified and have waiting rooms specific to each animal. It's love at first visit 🤩🥰🙏🏻 Update: Magic, my kitty, did not make it as she was diagnosed with FEP. The staff here, including the veterinarian, were amazing. Kind, compassionate, understanding and sat on the floor with me for an hour before magic was released into the what's next. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️

We love PetVet365! 2 of our dogs are scared of people and most vets we have been to just wanted to sedate them to give them their vaccinations. PetVet365 takes their time to sit with our kiddos and takes things very slowly to help them calm down and feel comfortable. They are just as good with our cats and their exam room for cats has a bunch of stuff for cats to climb on, as well as a TV for them to watch some birds. On top of that, the staff members are always very quick to respond, are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming. We go out of our way to come here and continue to do so. Paws down, our favorite vet clinic ever!

Seeking an honest review? Here you go- because while I could have saved $10 to leave a positive review, you the consumer, deserves to know. Making an appointment was simple, I was able to get in the next day for the vet to look at my dog, whom I suspected to have an ear infection. The staff was pleasant and seemed to genuinely care for my pet. Upon discussing treatment options the conversation quickly turned into a sales pitch for their monthly care plan. I was told my cost would be approximately $250 if I chose to enroll in the monthly care plan. I did inquire about what the cost would be without the enrollment, so I could make an informed decision, sharing that I had just had extra expenses for car repairs. The tech quoted me $618 without- Naturally I opted into the plan and my dog was taken back for treatment. A short time later, the tech brings me a bill for $416... I thought there must be a mistake, so I reviewed the invoice and questioned the tech about the price difference. She then left the room and returned with an invoice where someone had "broken down" the individual cost, showing that $254 was just for treating her ear infection, price did not include the plan. The initial cost to start the "inclusive" care plan was $130 but I walked out paying a total cost of approximately $466. Which they couldn't even charge from their front office because their machine is down, so I paid via a link sent to me by text. I feel like I was taken advantage of and mislead. Honestly.. I don't even feel comfortable returning back to this place because I clearly can not trust them to provide cost informative led care for my pet.

I have taken my dog and sick cat here already in the past few weeks and I am so impressed with this office! The front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves! They actually listen and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I was so concerned and stressed about my cat and the vet talked me through all of my concerns. My dog will have surgery here in the coming weeks and I feel completely confident that he will be in great hands.
