Dr Day-Smith & Walker saved our Mini Aussies life! They welcomed us with compassion and always had time to listen to our concerns. We thought we would be having to put our furbaby down sooner than expected, but they eased our worries and worked with us to devise a plan for our Ryders care. Thanks to them and their amazing staff, our boy, who is only a year old with stage 4 kidney failure, is thriving. We have found our new go-to vet. Also the setup of the clinic is by far THE best , you walk in and aren't greeted by a bunch of anxious and loud dogs, you get your own waiting room with a TV, couch, and even dog toys for your baby to play with, very home like. They were amazing with our 2 young boys and gave them soft blankets and a show on a TV to distract them, and even snacks galore while my husband and I were faced with what to do next. I can't praise them enough, and neither can Ryder. Thank you again, and we will def be back for future visits. Love Ryder and the James family! I've only been going here for a few months with my new baby. I met Dr. Day-Smith and she's been amazing. My dog Bella was having some digestive issues and Dr. Day-Smith was spot on with taking care of her and getting the situation under control. Exam rooms are awesome with couches and treats for pets. They provide snacks and coffee for owners too. The veterinarian was very thorough and took time to address all of our concerns. Thanks for a great visit!

My first experience with PetVet365 at a different location, didn’t go very well, and honestly left me and my dog feeling awful. But something in me wanted to give it a second chance, and so I tried this location and I’m glad I did! It was a completely different experience, I didn’t feel silly for being an over cautious mom like at the other location, nor was my dog cowering in the Corner when they walked in. They have so many good treats and even let me bring my own chicken nuggets for her to make positive associations. They also have a dog trainer who understands and didn’t judge and was so patient listening. Plus one male employee (which was so helpful because my dog prefers men) and that is who she was staring so lovingly at him. I’m happy to find this location and didn’t give up hope. If you have a reactive or traumatized dog, this place is for you.

The Vet was extremely detailed! My dog has been experiencing chronic ear infections and this is the first place we have visited that has recommended different treatment plans. The Vet made sure I was aware on how to administer the medicine and how he would react. We will be switching our primary Vet to Pet365!!! 😊😊
