This vet team has been so helpful when my cat developed sudden behavioral issues earlier this year. They've been patient, reassuring, and supportive. I felt like they advocated for him as much as I did! I know it can be difficult to help cats with behavior concerns, so I'm thankful Dr. Miller took the time to rule out potential causes and to figure out a strategy that worked for him after determining the "problem" (Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome). Our solution involved medication because it was successful. But she also passed along other pathway options. I felt like I got my cat "back." A little quirkier than he used to be, but now we know how to manage it. Also, their setup has helped restore his trust during vet visits. He started rolling around on the floor during his last visit (compared to his first where he was a stiff loaf in his carrier). The rooms are ideal for reducing stress because you go straight into them when you arrive versus waiting in a lobby with other pets/people. It can be a longer visit, usually, than I've experienced at other vets. But I think the extra time helps the animals decompress, so that's a win!

PetVet365 Pet Hospital Louisville/Anchorage Introduce
Welcome to PetVet365 Pet Hospital Louisville/Anchorage, a dedicated "Pet Hospital" located at 12910 Factory Ln Suite #103-104 in Louisville, Kentucky. Serving the Anchorage and broader Louisville communities, PetVet365 has garnered high praise from pet owners for its compassionate care, knowledgeable veterinarians, and a unique setup designed to minimize stress for animal patients. The positive reviews highlight a team that goes above and beyond in addressing complex health issues and creating a comfortable environment for veterinary visits.
One detailed review recounts a pet owner's experience with their cat who developed sudden behavioral issues. The owner commends the PetVet365 team for their patience, reassurance, and unwavering support throughout the diagnostic and treatment process. The reviewer felt that the veterinary team, particularly Dr. Miller, advocated for their cat's well-being as much as they did. Recognizing the challenges of addressing feline behavioral concerns, the owner expressed gratitude for Dr. Miller's thorough approach in ruling out potential underlying medical causes and developing an effective strategy for managing the diagnosed condition, Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome. The collaborative approach, where various treatment pathways were discussed, and the successful implementation of medication led the owner to feel they had "gotten their cat back," albeit with a few new quirks that were now manageable.
A significant aspect highlighted in this review is the thoughtful setup of the clinic, which is designed to reduce stress for pets during their visits. Unlike traditional veterinary clinics with communal waiting rooms, PetVet365 features individual waiting and care rooms. This means that upon arrival, pets and their owners are taken directly into a private room, eliminating the anxiety of encountering other potentially stressed or reactive animals in a shared space. The reviewer noted a remarkable improvement in their cat's demeanor during subsequent visits, progressing from being a tense "loaf" in his carrier to comfortably rolling around on the floor in the private room. While acknowledging that visits might be longer than at other clinics, the reviewer attributes this to the extra time the animals have to decompress in the calming environment, ultimately considering it a significant benefit.
Another glowing review echoes the positive sentiments towards Dr. Miller and her staff, describing them as "amazing." This pet owner has entrusted PetVet365 with the care of their pets at both the beginning and end of life, emphasizing that all animals are treated with respect and kindness. The reviewer clearly senses the genuine love for animals among the entire staff. The individual waiting/care rooms are once again lauded as a major advantage, creating a much more relaxing experience for sick or reactive pets compared to a communal waiting area. The reviewer also appreciates the transparency regarding tests and procedures, with the staff taking the time to explain the pros and cons without any pressure to pursue unnecessary treatments. The positive interactions extend to the pets themselves, who reportedly enjoy the treats and affection they receive during their visits. This long-standing client highly recommends PetVet365 Pet Hospital.

Jan 01, 2025 · Emma JewettDr. Miller and her staff are amazing! We have had pets at the beginning and end of life treated by her and they are all treated with respect and kindness. You can tell the staff all love animals! Having the individual waiting/care rooms is so much more relaxing than a communal waiting room and makes the experience so much easier for a sick or reactive pet. I appreciate that they are up front about all tests and procedures and will walk you through the pros and cons without pressuring unnecessary treatments. My pets like all the treats and love they receive. I would highly recommend this location of PetVet365!

May 31, 2024 · Karen HOur experiences with PetVet 365 have been the most competent, calm, compassionate and comfortable (for pets and people) we’ve ever had. The rooms have couches, an T.V. and plenty of toys and treats for pets. This is the cat room. Their prices are comparable to other vets in the area. So, why not!
