Absolutely 5 stars. The whole staff is amazing and makes me and my dog Kobe feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and the experience is a very non pressure environment. Even after hours they have cared for the health and safety of my precious little man. Couldn’t ask for a better Vet!

Wow wow wow! I cannot begin to describe how incredibly impressed I was by petvet365. Trying to take 3 LARGE dogs to get checked up is not for the faint of heart! Pet vet made the experience so easy and manageable even if we did look like a three rings circus act coming in. My 6year old golden is a timid guy who typically pees on himself and shakes when we would take him to the vet. But this time our big was happily enjoying playing with the toys and even started to NAP!!! He was that relaxed. The other two fur babies were also pretty happy with the toys and lick mats! I really enjoyed Dr. Hilbrand explanation of my options for preventive are for the 3 pups. She was thoughtful and caring. 1000000/10 would recommend.

Dr. Brandt and Kendall were AMAZING! They were so polite and gentle with my dog, Boy. They made our visit super quick and easy. I highly recommend this vet!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! We recently got a new puppy, Mabel, and have been bringing her to Dr. Hilliard since the day we got her! Mabel LOVES going to the vet and Dr. Hilliard has been so helpful answering all questions, giving advice and helping us adjust to our new life with a puppy. We joined their VIP program, and being able to text them with any questions or concerns has been SO worth it. We live right next door to the vet, but even when we are traveling they have been beyond helpful.

We are so thankful to have found PetVet365 in Westminster. Dr. Hilliard, Dr. Tan, all the Vet Techs and support staff have been nothing short of fantastic. We started looking for a new vet for our fur family, after some negative experiences at another local vet which we had been using for years. To say that we came with some baggage and some real, fresh trauma would be an understatement. The Westy team has been so amazing at creating a welcoming, supportive, fear-free atmosphere for not only our dog Canyon, but for us too! At our first visit, we found out that she likely needed a TPLO surgery which we had suspected. We were very hesitant to undergo such an extensive surgery with a new vet, but Dr Hilliard and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we felt comfortable going forward, as well as making the process as stress-free for our girl as possible. We received updates via text and phone calls about the progress of her surgery which was so helpful at easing our nerves. Their communication following the procedure has been incredible and they are quick to answer questions or respond when we've had concerns. The team really takes time to get to know you and your pet, and show genuine care and compassion in their treatment. If your pet has any vet anxiety or reactivity, this is your place! We honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this place and how they have helped us navigate the care for our girl.
