I used them at Pet Supplies Plus and I did NOT have such a pleasant experience. Preregistered and had to wait an hr and a half while they took people ahead of me who did not preregister. Put my cats weight as what he weighed in his carrier and made a typo on his age. That was the exam I paid for. Nothing else included. I emailed them twice to correct this. They have not corrected it and no one will contact me back. Calls are put on eternal hold or not taken. Take your pet to a real vet and get quality care. Wont transfer my prescription as promised either.

PetVet Vaccination Clinic Introduce
Welcome to the introduction of PetVet Vaccination Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 506 Sutter's Creek Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, USA. You can reach them at phone number (800) 427-7973 or mobile phone +1 800-427-7973. As a local Pet Hospital, PetVet Vaccination Clinic appears to focus primarily on providing vaccinations and potentially other basic wellness services for pets in the Rocky Mount, North Carolina area.
Information regarding the specific environment of PetVet Vaccination Clinic is partially available through one of the customer reviews, which mentions their presence at a Pet Supplies Plus location. This suggests that their setup might be within or associated with a retail pet store, potentially offering services in a more accessible and perhaps less traditional clinic setting. The environment would likely include a designated area for administering vaccinations and conducting basic health checks. While detailed information about dedicated examination rooms or surgical facilities is not provided, the focus seems to be on efficient and accessible preventative care.
Based on the name and the customer reviews, the services offered by PetVet Vaccination Clinic likely center around:
- Vaccinations: Providing a range of essential vaccinations for pets.
- Basic Wellness Checks: Including weight checks and potentially brief examinations, although one review suggests the thoroughness might be limited.
- Prescription Services: With one review mentioning issues related to prescription transfer.
One review explicitly notes that they do not offer emergency services, which is an important distinction compared to a full-service veterinary hospital.
The features of PetVet Vaccination Clinic, as indicated by the customer reviews, present a mixed picture. One positive aspect highlighted is the potentially lower prices compared to a regular veterinarian and minimal wait times for some. The reviewer who described their experience as "So far great!" praised the "Nice folks" and the good prices, noting the absence of emergency services but stating they would still choose PetVet over their regular vet for non-emergency situations based on a past negative experience with emergency care at their regular vet.
However, another review detailed a significantly less pleasant experience. This customer reported a long wait despite preregistering, others being taken ahead of them, inaccuracies in their cat's weight and age recorded during the exam, and the exam being limited to these basic checks. They also mentioned unsuccessful attempts to contact the clinic for corrections and a failure to transfer a prescription as promised. This feedback raises concerns about customer service, accuracy of records, and the comprehensiveness of the "exam" provided.
Considering these reviews, key features of PetVet Vaccination Clinic appear to be its potential affordability and convenience for routine vaccinations, with some customers experiencing minimal wait times and friendly service. However, there are also significant concerns raised about long wait times for others, accuracy of basic information recording, the scope of the examination included with vaccinations, and the reliability of customer service and follow-up, including prescription transfers.
Currently, no specific promotional information is available for PetVet Vaccination Clinic based on the provided data. Vaccination clinics sometimes offer package deals on a series of vaccinations or discounts during certain times. To inquire about any current promotions at PetVet Vaccination Clinic, it would be best to contact them directly.
In summary, PetVet Vaccination Clinic in Rocky Mount, NC, is a Pet Hospital that seems to specialize in providing vaccinations and potentially other basic wellness services, often operating within or alongside retail pet stores like Pet Supplies Plus. While some customers have reported positive experiences with friendly staff, good prices, and minimal wait times, others have raised concerns about long waits, accuracy of basic health information recorded, the limited scope of the examination, and issues with customer service and prescription handling. For local users in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who are considering PetVet Vaccination Clinic, it's important to weigh the potential for lower costs and convenience against the reported issues with service and the lack of emergency care. If you are primarily seeking affordable vaccinations and basic wellness services and are comfortable with a potentially less comprehensive exam and the absence of emergency services, PetVet Vaccination Clinic might be an option. However, it would be prudent to consider the negative feedback regarding customer service and accuracy before making a decision. For more detailed information about their services, hours, and any current promotions, please contact them directly using the provided phone number.
The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of understanding the specific needs of your pet and what level of care you are seeking. For straightforward vaccinations, the potentially lower cost and convenience of a clinic like PetVet Vaccination Clinic might be appealing. However, for more comprehensive health evaluations, or if your pet has existing health issues requiring thorough examination and follow-up, a traditional veterinary hospital might be more suitable, despite potentially higher costs.
Local users should also note the absence of emergency services at PetVet Vaccination Clinic, as mentioned in one of the reviews. In case of a pet emergency, it would be necessary to seek care at a full-service veterinary hospital or an emergency animal clinic.
To make an informed decision, local residents might consider contacting PetVet Vaccination Clinic to inquire about their specific vaccination protocols, what is included in their wellness checks, and their policies on prescription transfers and customer service follow-up. Additionally, seeking more recent reviews from other pet owners in the Rocky Mount area could provide further insights into the current quality of their services.

May 06, 2025 · Little FlossieSo far great! Nice folks. Wait time has been minimal. Prices are good - better than my regular vet. No emergency services- But after my last experience with my regular vet during the day for an emergency situation- I’d take my dogs to the “emergency” vet anyway.
Jul 25, 2024 · Flagship Boat TransportIt was a long wait time, but the people from the store as well as the clinic were very nice, and helpful.
Mar 27, 2025 · Dana DininnoClean and friendly atmosphere.. staff was GREAT with my fur baby and the Dr explained all shots prior to administrating them... the nurse was awesome. Kept my baby distracted with treats for a more pleasant experience.. No issues during aftercare at home. Totally satisfied mom. Price was exactly what I expected. And we will be back for our next services. Thank you all again for such great work with our babies.
Mar 07, 2024 · Shay BellaThey are the best priced vet around. They are knowledgeable and kind, thankful for this company when you find a stray kitten. He’s got all the meds now and is on his way to being a spoiled house cat.
