My first time here with my pup. We were in and out in no time for her shots. The staff was friendly and the veterinarian answered all my questions and told me when to come back for next round of shots. The prices were also very reasonable. It was also convenient that they are there til 7pm, so I took my dog after work. Shot records were emailed to me almost instantly after payment.

Had to wait outside the door because they locked the door. Others were also waiting before me. I was just there to pick up an order that they had already filled. Please note there was another customer there with two dogs. They, including the vet and assistant, were just sitting on the floor petting the dogs. I know the difference between chitchat and business. I get that they were there first and deserve attention, but sitting there while people (lady had a sick cat) were waiting OUTSIDE was unacceptable to me. They could have at least acknowledged us. My opinion-just saying.

Everyone there does a great job. I have been with my dog two times and everything has went smoothly. The staff is very nice. Our dog precious is not around any other people but us. It doesn’t take her very long to warm up to the workers there. Thanks to Dr. Constance for all your hard work on making my dog better.
