Vet was good. Price was right. Customer service and general experience was terrible. New on/line registration is far from user friendly and creates anxiety in people over 50. Greeter was incredibly unhelpful. System is really bad. Walk in is attractive but there is no indication of wait time. We were told by Greeter to leave the area. She was not kind in how she told us. In fact when we returned to check on our status, we were told “I already told you to leave the area and wait for a text! “ ( I guess so nobody would realize how long the line was and to avoid pet interaction.) They let you know when it’s your turn by text, but SMS texts are not always delivered immediately and if you don’t show up right away, you lose your turn. We waited over 1.5 hours. Wow—seldom have we felt less welcomed as a customer. Better drop your prices even lower or make the experience more pleasant.

PetVet Vaccination Clinic Introduce

Looking for an affordable "Pet Hospital" option for your pet's vaccinations in the New Freedom, PA area? PetVet Vaccination Clinic is located at 510 Renaissance Dr, New Freedom, PA 17349, USA. They can be reached at (800) 427-7973 or +1 800-427-7973.

Customer reviews for PetVet Vaccination Clinic highlight a significant price advantage for their services. One reviewer explicitly stated, "Price was right" and another mentioned, "The price was wonderful!" This suggests that affordability is a key feature of this clinic.

However, the customer service and overall experience seem to be areas of concern for some visitors. One reviewer described the customer service and general experience as "terrible." They specifically criticized the new online registration system as not user-friendly, especially for individuals over 50, and found the greeter to be "incredibly unhelpful."

Another reviewer detailed a negative experience with the walk-in system. While the walk-in option was initially attractive, there was no indication of wait times. They reported being told to leave the area by a "not kind" greeter and later being reprimanded for returning to check on their status. The clinic uses SMS text messages to notify customers when it's their turn, but delays in text delivery can result in losing one's spot. This reviewer experienced a wait time of over 1.5 hours.

Adding to the negative feedback, another customer expressed feeling unwelcome, suggesting that the low prices might need to be balanced with a more pleasant customer experience.

On a more positive note, one reviewer praised the kindness and patience of the staff towards both pet owners and their pets, offering a contrasting view of the customer interaction. This suggests that experiences may vary.

In summary, PetVet Vaccination Clinic appears to be a "Pet Hospital" that offers affordable pet vaccinations. However, potential customers should be aware of reports indicating issues with the online registration system, potentially long and unmanaged wait times for walk-ins, and inconsistent customer service experiences. While some customers have found the staff kind, others have reported feeling unwelcome and poorly treated. If price is the primary concern, PetVet Vaccination Clinic might be an option, but it seems prudent to be prepared for potential challenges with the overall customer experience.

I picked up our puppy from a breeder 4 hours away from our home. The breeder suggested PetVet that was right down the street. We walked in and they took our information. The wait was very short. I was notified by text they were ready for us. Our puppy was seen/evaluated and given his first round of shots without any issues. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend highly!

Everyone took such great care of my dog Onyx, an American Bully that was having an allergic skin reaction. He was given an injection & sent home with pills to be given for two weeks. Within several hours of bringing him home, he had stopped scratching as much & feeling better. All the staff was very helpful & knew how to make Onyx & me feel comfortable & relaxed. So glad they are there for everyone, won’t go anywhere else.

Re-homed a dog from a bad situation. He had very itchy skin and bad teeth. All vets around me are either not accepting new patients or appointments are 6-8 weeks out. Decided to bring him here. Besides not being able to accompany him, I was very pleased. We got his rabies vaccine, a Cytopoint injection, a wellness check, a quick dental check (one of his bad teeth fell out...one less extraction when we get into a full service vet) and a bath fot $160. To walk in the door at our regular vet is $250 without anything else! Very professional and worth the hour wait. Thank you for helping our bug yesterday!
