First of all,I downloaded app for care to be provided and was sure I was signed up. I got to store,to find a multitude of animals. I found out,I was not signed up and of course my phone would not scan the barcode to sign up. After that it was time for the pets to start going in. No one was starting, nothing was moving. We waited, with four people ahead of us, a hour and a half to get our two dogs in. I was angry over the disorganized affair. I'd rather pay the extra to go to a regular veterinarian.. the whole process was awful. I also didn't think the cost was reduced either. Two dogs, with a nasal kennel cough and a Lyme shot was close to 200$. No one explained anything while in with the vet. I was very disappointed and upset over the entire process. I even forgot to give the code for my first time visit there . If you can avoid this, take your animals elsewhere.

Welcome to PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Welcome to the local introduction of PetVet Vaccination Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 1701 Massey Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740, USA. As a part of the broader category of Pet Hospitals, PetVet Vaccination Clinic appears to focus primarily on providing vaccination services for pets. You can reach them at their toll-free number (800) 427-7973 or mobile number +1 800-427-7973 for inquiries about their services.

As a Pet Hospital specializing in vaccinations, PetVet likely operates with a model focused on efficiency and accessibility for pet owners seeking preventative care. Based on the customer reviews, the environment seems to be one where multiple animals might be present at once, potentially indicating a clinic that handles a high volume of pets, especially during vaccination events. One review mentioned a "multitude of animals" and a somewhat "disorganized affair," which could suggest a busy setting. In contrast, another review noted that the "vet and staff were professional and friendly" and that they "got the line moving as quickly as possible," indicating an effort to manage a potentially high volume of clients.

The customer reviews provide mixed feedback regarding the services and features of PetVet Vaccination Clinic. One customer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their experience, citing issues with the sign-up process, long wait times (an hour and a half with four people ahead), a perceived lack of explanation during the vet visit, and a cost that didn't seem reduced compared to a regular veterinarian. This reviewer also mentioned their pet receiving a nasal kennel cough vaccine and a Lyme shot, with the total cost for two dogs being close to $200. The lack of a first-time visit code being applied also contributed to their negative experience.

On the other hand, another customer acknowledged a "long wait" due to not knowing to sign in online but found the "vet and staff were professional and friendly" and appreciated their efforts to expedite the process, resulting in "happy pets and customers." This suggests that while there might be logistical challenges, particularly for those unfamiliar with the online sign-in, the staff's interaction with pets and owners is generally positive.

Based on the name "PetVet Vaccination Clinic" and the limited information from reviews, the primary services likely include:

  • Core Vaccinations: Essential vaccines for dogs and cats to protect against common and serious diseases.
  • Non-Core Vaccinations: Vaccines recommended based on a pet's lifestyle and risk factors, such as kennel cough and Lyme disease vaccines mentioned in one review.
  • Consultation on Vaccination Needs: Veterinary professionals likely provide advice on which vaccinations are appropriate for your pet.

As a Pet Hospital focused on vaccinations, they may also offer related preventative services, although this is not explicitly detailed in the reviews. These could potentially include basic health checks to ensure pets are healthy enough for vaccination, and perhaps information on parasite prevention.

The features of PetVet Vaccination Clinic appear to include professional and friendly veterinary staff. The online sign-in process mentioned in one review suggests a technology-integrated approach to manage appointments, although it can be a point of frustration for those unaware of it. The clinic's aim seems to be to provide vaccinations efficiently, though the actual wait times can vary based on individual experiences.

Regarding promotional information, the first negative review mentioned forgetting to use a code for a first-time visit, implying that such a promotion might exist. However, no details about this or any other promotions are provided. Local users should inquire directly with PetVet Vaccination Clinic about any current offers for new clients or specific vaccination packages.

In summary, PetVet Vaccination Clinic in Hagerstown, MD, operates as a Pet Hospital with a focus on providing vaccinations. Customer experiences vary, with one noting disorganization and long waits, while another found the staff professional and friendly despite a wait due to a sign-in procedure. The services primarily revolve around administering vaccinations for pets, and there might be promotions available for first-time visitors. Local users are advised to be aware of the potential need for online sign-in and to inquire about wait times and any available promotions when contacting PetVet Vaccination Clinic at (800) 427-7973 or +1 800-427-7973 to learn more about their services for their pets' preventative health needs.

Petvet in Hagerstown has always taken care of our dogs since we started coming in 2021. We have 3 dogs that we take regularly for vaccines and one of them has severe allergies. They have taken awesome care and attention to all of my dogs but especially the one with allergies. We couldn't afford a regular vet and our dog was suffering. They helped us work through the possible causes and eventually we found a treatment plan that has our dog 100% healthy again! All of this without having to spend thousands. They also remember us and our dogs, they provide a personable experience and really truly care about our babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pic added of our dog with severe allergies- she went from balding with pain and open wounds to how she looks now- healthy and happy!!

The team did really well with my fur baby franklin! I had adopted him that same day and he need flea treatment and ear drops. They were able to explain to me the medication he needed, which was really helpful. I highly recommended this location and will be back if needed. Franklin says thanks for helping him feel better :)

I had taken my golden retriever to his normal full-service vet for the better part of a year to treat an ongoing skin infection and skin issue. They had placed him on an allergy injection, multiple rounds of antibiotics and antifungals and steroids. It never got better for long it always reoccurred. I decided to get another opinion, and for the first time they brought up checking his thyroid to see if that was the underlying cause. One simple blood test saved my dogs life. Dr. Little saved my dogs life. I was so broken down and thought that I was going to have to let my pup go because we couldn’t get ahead and his quality of life was suffering immensely . I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Ashley and Dr. Little. It is because of them and only them that I have my puppy here today. My five year old golden is like a brand new dog again he has lost 30 pounds and every one of his skin issues is gone. The time and attention that they take, the care that they give is amazing. I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are a dream team for veterinary care.
