This place is awesome, they do not judge and everyone is very kind!! I love how they listen and take time to answer questions, they even print out information to help you understand what's going on with your pet. You can really tell that the employees care for the animals and love what they do. I have been there numerous times and they are consistently kind. Thank you for taking care of Carl 😊

I have referred so many people here the last two years, in addition to bringing in my own two dogs and now a litter of 8, but will not again. I was overcharged based on estimates given for a litter two weeks before their first visit and then when I bring it to their attention, they tell me I owe them money once they go back and look it over. That’s convenient! I pay well over the estimates, yet they say they forgot to charge me things suddenly. Three different pricing stories from the first by an intake person, to a second pricing day of service, to a third price when office management gets involved. Chaos!! Vet tech was terrible to work with. Provided zero info on pups and couldn’t answer any questions. Save yourself the hassle, there are equally as good of vets in the area, if not better.

I have been going to PRF since they opened. Dr.Deckard and her husband Brad who owns the facility are wonderful, kind people. I have English Bulldogs and not every vet knows how to safely treat this breed. Dr. Deckard is super thorough and knowledgeable and I never feel like I have to question any treatment. If she feels it needs a 2nd option she is not scared to refer out which is refreshing that I know she has their best care in mind. The front staff is very friendly and when I try to get an appointment or meds filled I get a reply back in 30 minutes which is so helpful and not like most vet offices. The facility is very clean as well. Both my dogs and myself are very lucky to have found this place. I have referred out a few other people and they are still clients to this day as well.

Everyone that works at this veterinary office are always so pleasant and helpful. The girls at the front desk, the technicians and doctors are so caring and nice. We really like bringing our dog here.

Pets R Family has been so helpful and so supportive during our first year with our new dog, Maisy. Any concerns I have, I simply call or text them. They are quick to reply with answers to my questions and give the most helpful advice. We love our vet and vet tech team. PRF loves Maisy and show endless love towards her. Maisy loves the attention, too! We boarded Maisy for one night at a different facility and had a terrible experience. PRF was able to get us in for an appointment right away and treat her. We chose to board our girl with PRF and she had the best time!! They took such great care of her during her week stay. PRF sent us updates and pictures while we were away. They also have the best team! We take Maisy to the groomers at PRF and they are amazing. They make her look so pretty and love how she turns out after. They are kind and sweet to her during her appointments. Maisy is a slightly anxious girl. They treat her with so much love and kindness during this stressful time for her.

The staff and doctors here are all exceptional and I couldn't ask for a better place to rely on the care of our animals. They've seen our family through the difficulty of end of life care for our senior dogs, welcoming new puppies, grooming needs for our long hair cats, and everything else in between.
