All the vets are fantastic. Very thorough and caring. Spent almost 45 mins with me to troubleshoot our old dog's neck pain. Very patient with my 5 and 3 year old kids that had many questions during our last visit. They seem to really care about their patients.

Dr Glenn is the best vet that we have ever had. She cares, shares as much information as you'd like to know (but will also simplify things if you don't want every detail), empowers owners to learn new skills to take care of their pets, presents all options and explains the pros/cons and will offer her opinion when asked, and bills fairly. Office staff is also kind and friendly. Bonus: The office cat, Lola, is the sweetest and loves to "help" at the window!

This is the best veterinary care I have ever experienced. Janet and her team are knowledgeable, personable and very caring. When our little Sedona was so sick Janet personally called every time I had a question or we needed more information. She was very responsive and very patient to answer all our questions even when she was very busy. We loved her practical ideas and calming demeanor. The staff were responsive and very helpful. I want to take this time and say how wonderful the care is at Pets & Pals. The support staff and veterinarian (Dr. Janet) are always so knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I recently took my Chi-Pom in for a routine dental cleaning and the outcome is amazing. My 12 year old Chi-Pom’s teeth are now pearly white as seen in my pictures. I have 3 senior pets, and I trust Pets & Pals to give them the exceptional care they deserve. I would highly recommend Dr. Janet; she loves clients’ pets like they are her own.
